Cristina and Jim were very welcoming and friendly as soon as i arrived showing me the room and amenities and explained everything to me. the room was excellent, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Everything worked faultlessly ie shower, tv, lights etc . Plentyful cupboard and wardrobe space there was bottled water and fruit to help yourself to at all times in the dining room and the room was kept supplied with Tunnocks and shortbread, mmmmmm. Breakfast was perfect and freshly cooked as per request and nothing was too much trouble. the toast kept coming, lol. large selection of cereals, fresh fruit , jams etc etc. i had a lovely view over the Caledonian canal and it was lovely and peaceful.
