Setting the scene
This lovely and peaceful new resort community is built around a shimmering lake, offering a range of
water sports activities such as fishing, canoeing and kayak rentals as well as a host of other great facilities and amenities.

Location
Just 5 miles away from the entrance to Walt Disney World, 8 miles from SeaWorld Orlando and 11
miles from Universal Orlando Resort. Interstate 4 is set just four minutes drive away and the US 192 for Kissimmee is under 5 minutes away

Facilities & amenities
State-of-the-art clubhouse, communal resort-style pool with spa and tiki bar,lazy river with water
slide and separate kids splash pad, 9-hole mini golf course, fitness centre, sand volleyball and sports
courts, community dock and childrens playground.

Dining
All of the tastefully-furnished Homes come equipped with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with
a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker,
toaster, iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and a vacuum cleaner. Each home also
includes a basic starter pack for toiletries and laundry.

Outdoors by the pool deck there will be additional patio furniture for al fresco dining. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.

Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register on arrival. All villa bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 a day at the Ocean Holidays Welcome Centre as part of the registration process. (CAPPED AT $126)
