Hotel is quite nice. Good condition, generally friendly staff. Breakfast was good but they should have more variety of foods and greater selection - some quality improvement necessary. Hotel is bit outdated - it needs some renovation - especially some bathrooms and carpets. They don't have kettles in the room. TV has only 4 English channels - BBC 1,2,4

The hotel is classed as a complex but to travel between the two hotels involves a fairly steep walk between the two. On arrival we believed we were booked into the Delphin Mar but after frantic discussions on reception and phone calls we were told to make our way to the Delphin siesta. At this reception the receptionist booked us in with little fuss. We were advised that as it was now 2pm lunch was over. We were on all inclusive and the next opportunity to get something to eat would be cakes or sandwiches at the bar at 5pm. The room was very small but clean and the towels were changed daily. The buffet style food served for breakfast/lunch/dinner was plentiful and a good variety and the main dishes changed for lunch and dinner daily and there was a Gala dinner on the Thursday which was very good. The clients at this hotel were from many countries but we were all treated the same by the staff whom in the main were excellent and very helpful. The entertainment consisted of "Karuna" doing four mix and match sets she was enthusiastic full of life and brought a smile to everyone around her. However as this was the total amount of entertainment for the week I would not recommend this hotel if you want full entertainment programme. A few tips for the hotel 1) Tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge in the rooms would be greatly appreciated. In my experience this hotel is 3 star.
The biggest disappointment we had was when we came out of baggage reclaim at Palma airport we had booked through Travelrepublic a shuttle transfer we were sat on the bus at 10.55 it took an hour before we left and then took over two hours before we arrived at the hotel. A total of over three hours.This was in fact longer than the flight and baggage relaim. The irony of this situation is the shuttle company call themselves Quick Travel. We decided that we were not going to return to the airport on the shuttle bus and instead paid for a taxi which took fifteen minutes.

very good friendly staff food good . entertainment lady was very good but not enough support from guests. would recommend this to visitors who have not been to sants ponsa. for entertainment you must take a walk up to the square it is a fair walk but worth it the time it took us was about 30 min but was a very hot night and up hill i would recommend you get a taxi it would not cost much. coming home it was down hill and much cooler.
