Since Monday 2 October, as Monarch entered administration, we have experienced significantly high volume of calls which have led to long call waiting times and for some customers to experience an engaged tone.

A temporary dedicated phone line has been opened for customers affected by Monarch and Somewhere2stay cancellations only. Please call 0203 564 6910 to speak with our dedicated team.

Monarch and Somewhere2stay has entered administration and all its future bookings have been cancelled.

All customers have been contacted and will have a message in their Manage Your Booking profile, which can be accessed through the website, with details on the best options available.

We are contacting customers by order of departure date and are recommending customers to use this system to contact us.
