To show our appreciation for submitting feedback, we are running a monthly random draw for a voucher for £100 towards your next holiday! Each separate site submission counts as an entry and our draw is done at random, regardless of the content or scoring of your review.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to the determination and redemption of the £100 voucher prize.

By entering the prize draw you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.

PRIZE DETAILS

One winner will be chosen each month to receive the prize of a £100 voucher towards a Travel Republic holiday.

TRAVEL & PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

  1. The prize must be booked within three months of receiving the voucher from Travel Republic.
  2. The prize is for redemption against a holiday booking, which must include a flight and hotel as displayed on Travel Republic’s website, with Travel Republic acting as an agent. The prize cannot be redeemed against flight only or hotel only bookings.
  3. The prize cannot be redeemed on attractions, transfers, cruise, car hire or cottage holidays or any other ancillary product said on Travel Republic website.
  4. In redeeming the prizes, each winner (and members of their travelling party) accept that Travel Republic acts as a booking agent only.
  5. The prizes may be redeemed against any destination available as a Flight plus Hotel booking on Travel Republic website.
  6. The prize has a maximum value of £100 per winner, and any cost above this amount is the responsibility of the winner and must be paid at the time of booking.
  7. Details of the prize are as described, they do not include any additional benefits (e.g. Transfers, insurance, visa, health documents)
  8. Winners must be in possession of a valid passport, and where necessary must have the required visa, vaccinations and inoculations together with documentation proving this. This is the responsibility of the travelling party.
  9. The winners will be responsible for their own travel to and from their chosen airport, transfers and other costs associated with the trip.
  10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, and once booked travel is non-refundable and cannot be changed or transferred to any other passenger.
  11. Travel Republic reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this competition.
  12. In the event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control, Travel Republic reserves the right to cancel or amend any tickets or vouchers issued free or at a price.

HOW TO ENTER AND ELIGIBILITY FOR ENTRY

  1. To enter the prize draw, entrants must post a review about their holiday booked with Travel Republic on the Travel Republic pages of Trust Pilot, Facebook or Twitter.
  2. One individual review on each channel will be counted as one entry to the prize draw for that month.
  3. Entries for the prize draw for that month will close at midnight on the 22nd of each month. The time period to submit entries for a month is from 23rd to 22nde. 23rd February to 22nd March.
  4. Entrants must be over 18 years old and be a UK resident.
  5. This competition is not open to Travel Republic employees.
  6. Entrants must be residents of UK and Northern Island, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man only.

DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

  1. All entries will be reviewed by the Travel Republic social media team, and one valid entry will be picked at random to be determined as the winner.
  2. Travel Republic at its sole discretion may disqualify any entrant, where it suspects that the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.
  3. An employee from Travel Republic will contact the winner via private message on Facebook, Twitter or Trust Pilot. Travel Republic will request a full name and contact details to be used for the purpose of this competition only.
  4. The prize must be accepted within 48 hours of the private message being sent, after which Travel Republic reserves the right to select another winner who will receive the prize. Travel Republic cannot accept responsibility for late responses.
  5. Once a winner has been determined, that is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning it.
  6. The prize can only be redeemed with Travel Republic, contact will be provided upon notification of win, with a unique code to claim the prize.
  7. The prize can only be redeemed by phone. The winner must call the Travel Republic Booking team on 0208 974 7200 (Select option 1), any day between 8am – 10pm. The winner will be required to quote the unique code and additional information before proceeding with the booking.

GENERAL

  1. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Travel Republic and which prevents Travel Republic from complying with or fulfilling any element of these Terms and Conditions, Travel Republic will not be liable or responsible in respect of such Force Majeure Event.
  2. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Trust Pilot.
  3. In addition, the prize winners booking will adhere to Travel Republic “Agency Terms and Conditions”
  4. This competition will be governed by English law and the English courts have jurisdiction to hear any disputes in relation to it.
