5) Les Sources De Caudalie Hotel – Gironde, France
Now this last wellness retreat, tickled us a bit, because it has treatments that involve wine! Possibly when you are trying to be healthy, wine isn’t an obvious choice, however, we think that anything which involves wine is good!
Just outside Bordeaux, you will enter the ancient vineyards of Chateau Smith Haut Latiffe. This country estate offers 40 rooms and 9 suites which are all individually decorated to reflect life in the South of France.
Guests can relax in the hot tub, and get fit using the gym and partaking in the outdoor activities which are available, such as mountain biking, jogging circuit, tennis courts and a mini 3-hole golf course! But the Pièce de résistance on offer here, is the special wine treatments! Skin therapies and bath treatments help peel off stressed skin layers, rejuvenating the body and face, all while you unwind in the French countryside.
