“ Very tired and old hotel with no services whatever. When we arrived no-one was on reception. The young gentleman was out. We waited 30 minutes for his return. Constantly throughout the holiday no one was present to answer queries, give us spare keys or change towels. Maid service was limited to twice in the week. The pool was unclean. The two apartments paid for were not ready so we agreed, reluctantly to one studio, where my son slept in the lounge and I in the bedroom. No attempt was made to revise the cost for this by the reception staff, despite a request to reduce the cost. The hotel is 40 minutes walk from town and there were no on site drink or food services available. poor location and very worn and unmodernised place.
“ Top Tip: There is nothing close by to recommend. There are many wonderful bars and restuarants on Nissi road and on the way into Ayia Napa centre but nothing close to the hotel

Had an amazing time at this hotel. It was a bit far from the main square in Napa but you could walk there in about 20 mins or take the 'short cut' and get there in about 5-10, or just get a taxi which was cheap enough. Nissi avenue is literally a 5 minutes walk away and has loads of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars which was really good, and the beach isn't too far either.
It is an 18-30s hotel so its full of young people, mainly guys, and the pool gets a little bit grim. However the rooms were perfect and clean, maid came everyday, but the sheets only got changed once a week and towels were never changed. (you can buy new ones for 5 euros though)
The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the 18-30s reps were amazing too even if you didn't book through 18-30s.
Best buy is a supermarket right next to the hotel on nissi avenue that was great, really cheap for alcohol and everything you needed.
Also check out the tequila bar Mexican restaurant, food was amazing and free margaritas at the end of your meal!
Kandi beach party is a must as well!
