This complex isn't bad it's a mixture of holiday makers and families who live there. The apartment area is very quiet, which is good especially if you want a quiet holiday away from the hustle but maybe a little to quiet ,there's not much close by, no little food stores or anything, its best to rent a car as the centre is around 15 min drive ,its a lovely strip and beach! Not a lot of entertainment places though so do research before hand, I would recommend taking a trip into another town like ayia napa and have a boat trip and do some sight seeing. The pool at the complex is clean and not busy at all, a little on the small side. There is management somewhere if you needed help but this wasn't clear, it would have also been nice to for them to check in to make sure we were happy but no one seemed to be around.
Top Tip: There is a lovely little camel park not far and there's a local's beach near there which was good just to watch a spot of kite surfing and see beautiful views but not somewhere to hang out not much beach. Oh in laranaca centre the parking along the stip area near the beach is free to park on the street Wednesdays and Saturdays (not in the car parks though)

The apartment we stayed in was lovely and had ample furnishings to use (kitchen utensils included). The complex is well maintained and very secure. As many apartments are long term lets the complex therefore not many holiday makers which makes it a very quite and relaxing resort.
Top Tip: Must visit the cove in Paralimni it is a 40 minute drive but well worth it

Amazing apartment would stay here again gladly. Only drawback was lack of mirrors sounds strange i know but only one mirror in bathroom none anywhere else so hard to see how clothes look and nowhere to be able to blow dry/ straighten hair as no plug socket in bathroom. Also no broom to sweep up with and TV wasnt working but wasnt interested to watch tv anyways so all good.
Top Tip: Very close to CTO beach but car required.

siutable for all age groups, especially if you like self catering. The managing company run by Steve and his partner are excellent guys with all the help and advise and they go extra length to make your stay very pleasant and enjoyable. It is essential to hire a car as it is about 2 kms from the nearest beach and restaurants. It is very advisable to book the car online before you fly as it becomes expensive if you try to do after reaching Cyprus.
We had a studio apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The resort is very safe and secure.
Top Tip: The nearest beach (CTO) is 2 kms from the resort and is very decent. The dekeliea road is 2kms away and is full of nice restauarants. The best fish and chip restaurant is 5 kms away near the dekeleia army base. Well worth a visit.
You can get hourly bus to Lanarka from Pyla(where the resort is ) and it is only 1 Euro, the fare for one way, very cheap.

The apartments are very spacious and well equiped. The small pool area is an ideal place to relax when in the complex with all the facilities being kept very clean. The complex is very quiet and so an ideal base for people who want a quiet relaxing base to return to in the evenings. The local village has super markets, bars and resturants within easy walking distance.
I will stress that if you stay in these apartments it is essential you have hired a car as the nearest beach is 3Km away.
Top Tip: The Pyla Village tavern is a 10 minute walk from the apartments, good food, friendly staff and entertainment on the weekends.
