Reading the description on the website we were looking forward to our holiday as it was my special birthday. To say we were disappointed is an understatement..lots of things that weren't up to 5 star service! Our friend had emailed the hotel informing them of my birthday & was emailed back to say bubbly & fruit would be in the room on arrival courtesy of the hotel. No bubbly & fruit awaited me I regret to say. It also advertised the new lovely resturants but failed to say that if you were all inclusive (which we were at an enormous extra cost I mite add!) you could only use the Italian twice & the Japanese once per week with their set menu!! What rubbish...
We felt like we were being penalised for paying extra to be all inclusive & were only given A 4 laminated menus instead of the lovely presented al a carte menus. The list goes on.
We've stayed all over the world in 5 star hotels and I can say in our opinion it was no where near!
I mentioned this to the duty manager Yanoula & to be fair to her she sorted out the bubbly but the moment had gone by then.
The in house singers sounded like strangled cats that howled most nights & the music round the pool was as dated as some of the pensioners..dreadful! We told them that they needed new up to date music.
It's very family orientated so if you're looking for a romantic break this in my experience didn't work.
I could go on & on about little things that weren't up to scratch..
On a positive note our room was lovely & had a sea & pool view to die for.. Very clean & modern & nice toiletries in bathroom. They got that bit right..
Overall I think they are 70% there but the little touches make all the difference..staff training should be at the top of their agenda to reach their 5 star potential.
Top Tip: Just down the road we found a lovely resturant with a different theme on 3 different floors! It was beautiful. It was called the lighthouse. The top floor was stunning & food delicious.Turn right out of the hotel & it's approximately 1/2 mile on the same side. There was a Japanese resturant next door which we never went to but looked lovely as well.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff. Really helpful and obliging. I was recuperating from surgery and this was the perfect holiday for me. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Will definitely return.

We stayed here for 5 days as we were going to a friends wedding at another hotel. We stayed all inclusive and the food was great. Staff were lovely. rooms need modernising but we recieved a letter during our stay saying it was going to be done in 2013. the pool was lovely and has its own private beach. lots of shops, bars and places to eat near by.

Very old outdated hotel but kept clean and serves excellent food. In need of massive renovation or otherwise the hotel needs to be demolished. Cypriot staff are friendly, although the Russian and East European ones not so. Limassol area very quiet and run down and most shops, bars and restaurants either closed down or only few people in any of them.
Do not go to this hotel until renovations are completed.
Top Tip: Good cocktail bar nearby called The Garden.
