“ Where can I start, on Arrival we were allocated rooms no problem. Both Rooms décor were adequate, However the bathroom in room 221 was in need of a good clean. The shower head was really disgusting with water spraying in all directions through clogged holes. The bath need a good clean too. Housekeeping was not much better. Dust under the bed was thick, other than towel changes it seemed nothing was done in the bathroom. Tv choice was very limited with only BBC world in English. On our first full day we found out that the hotel was to close on the 3rd of November, for the winter. As numbers dropped services became less resulting in the buffet Dinner being replaced by a two choice table de hotel menu. So not as we had booked and paid for. We had to eat out as my son would not eat what was on offer. The hotel stated that we should have been notified the fact that the hotel was closing and so services reduced or cancelled. I have stayed at the Kissos a number of time and have always found it very good so was disappointed this time. The staff were up to their normal high standard although not as many in the bars and restaurants, resulting in delays. Needs a refurbishment soon especially bathrooms.

“ This was the first time we had stayed at this Hotel. Very nice hotel and staff extremely friendly, however the beds were not very comfortable, although we had a lovely large room. The evenings were a little disappointing as there was not a lot of entertainment, this was not too much of a problem for us as we had hired a car and were able to go out after dinner. Certainly would think about going back as was a good base for us.
