“ We had stayed in this hotel before 8.5 years ago when it was the Luca Laura but it has charged since then different company? We liked it was lighter and brighter but their it ends the chairs in reception where every one sat was the most uncomfortable chairs we have ever sat on most disappointing .there was no comfortable chairs you could lay back and relax in and that should be top priority on holiday. The new pool was nice for children.the water in the pools was very cold but they would not open indoor pool and warm it up.The food in the dining hall was 2 star only same thing every day same food everyday but fried on the next meal and called something different. The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. We did not like drinking out of plastic beakers and watches as small children were given glass and proceeded to smash them.We chose this hotel because we stayed there before and the food then was 5 star and different every day what a difference good food makes to a holiday to have nice different food that you don't always cook at home. The boiled meats and veg were the same each day no prawns or hellim no calamari nothing traditional only the stews well you can get that at home. The hole thing was disappointing .We will go back to the south again but pick another Hotel.let them know that. “ Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We had our room changed after the first night as it was not suitable and this was not a problem I do not know if this would have been the case had we been there in the height of season! Found the staff friendly and helpful and would definitely return.

Clean. I was only there 4 days but would have found range of food in restaurant disappointing had I stayed any longer.
Had dealings with reception and gym staff and all very friendly and helpful.
Thought the plastic cups were a bit of a pain, esp if you just wanted a long drink of water at your sunbed. Had to carry two at a time but it wasn't really enough. Found myself going out to buy bottled water instead which is ridiculous!
