“ Best all-round hotel in Paphos. The staff, especially Andreas the Maitre d', are a credit to the hotel. However the refurbishment to carpet-less bedrooms is dismal and cold during the winter months. Food excellent with plenty of choice, but a disappointment that Boxing Day lunch was served in the breakfast room. Would definitely return to the St George, as I have done many years in the past.8.9 Excellent

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel was clean, the food was absolutely fabulous and all the staff could not do enough to help. There was a beautiful outdoor pool and small beach with plenty of sunbeds on both. There was a lovely heated inside pool for those cold days as well as a jacuzzi, steam room, and gym. The little touches made the hotel special like the tea being served in a proper tea pot with a milk jug and television in the rooms that had BBC1, ITV and a couple that played English films all day. We went over for Christmas and the Christmas Eve buffet was a lovely experience, never have I seen people eat so much food! If you stay here take the all inclusive option if you can as a pot of tea is 2.50 euros and a glass of wine is 4.60....not unreasonable but the money soon adds up! Also all inclusive includes as much bottled water as you require.
The only think that stops this hotel being a ten is the entertainment, think Butlins and you are there! Plus as we went out of peak season the bars and restaurants that were around the hotel were all closed so not much choice there either. However it wouldn't stop me going back as the hotel is on a really good bus route so great for exploring!.

My wife and I undertook this holiday as we have stayed at this hotel on many occasions. We would not have gone back to Cyprus this year if the hotel had not been available.
We like it's quiet situation which is away from the town of Paphos. The coastal path to Paphos , some four and a half miles, is a pleasant walk with the promise of a drink on arrival at one of the harbour bars.
The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is entertainment during the day (if you want it) and in the evenings.
The rooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard.
We are already planning our next trip to the Saint George Hotel.

“ We only stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, but was very impressed with the hotel. Very modern rooms and public areas. Enjoyed our stay.
“ Top Tip: Lots of restaurants in the area. The Angelika was good, but best one was the Serreena. Out of hotel to main road, turn left, about 400yds on left. Great meal.

we have been to this hotel a few times over the years but this time we were a little dissapointed this was due to the hotel has gone all inclusive and it gave us the feeling it was just like a working mens club back in the uk on a nightime in the bar, for example people pulling chairs around to get the best view of the entertainment.
also they do a lot of weddings we saw two a day for three days and you feel as though you have to pussyfoot around them as they are in the hotel from midday to late at night, their were two plus points, we booked a superior room which i would reccomend but were given a suite as all the superior rooms had gone and the hotel has built a bar/restuarant over the road which is very nice to get away from the clubland as we did not go all inclusive.
