Facilities at this hotel were very good, pools excellent, gym good and reef to see fish was lovely. However the service from a lot of the staff was poor. A new manager was brought in during the week we were there and I'm sure things will now improve on that score.

- The main pool is excellent, lovely and warm.

- Four Al la carte restaurants are included as part of the all inclusive, we tried the Italian, Indian and Waterfall Grill (Stir Fry) and enjoyed all three.

- The animation team is not overbearing/pushy.

- Rooms are nice and comfortable, always well serviced.

- The service is not to attentive, we had to ask for our table to be cleared nearly everyday at the main buffet restaurant and wait for the table to be set, we got tired of waiting for drinks service and would get them ourselves.

- The restaurant reservation system is annoying, we arrived on the Saturday and the first night we could get a reservation was on the Wednesday. Bookings would become available at midnight and by early morning all the restaurants are fully booked.

- The food at the the buffet restaurant lacks variety, but overall the food is of a very good standard.

Very good hotel, only let down by the service at the restaurants, which seem a little under-staffed. Still we had an excellent time, and would consider returning.

We stayed at this hotel last year, based on the recommendation of a friend, and had no hesitation in returning. The hotel is excellent and the food, which is very important on a an all inclusive package, is excellent, high quality with plenty of variety. The hotel rooms, restaurants and pool facilities are very good. Our observations this year were that there seemed to be fewer staff and therefore it was taking a bit longer to get tables, i.e. waiting for them to be cleared, and to get served in the bars.
Top Tip: We did not leave the hotel.

Wonderful service from really friendly staff that couldn't do more to please you. They made a real fuss over the kids. Breakfast was great, as was lunch at the beach and dinner in the a la carte Thai Italian and Indian. Warm in the day but you need a coat in the evenings in February. The main pool was heated.
Top Tip: Take pool shoes for kids to wear in the main pool - it has a walk in beach style section which is great for small children to paddle in but it's quite a rough surface to walk barefoot on and there were a few small stones.
