We stayed at this hotel last year, based on the recommendation of a friend, and had no hesitation in returning. The hotel is excellent and the food, which is very important on a an all inclusive package, is excellent, high quality with plenty of variety. The hotel rooms, restaurants and pool facilities are very good. Our observations this year were that there seemed to be fewer staff and therefore it was taking a bit longer to get tables, i.e. waiting for them to be cleared, and to get served in the bars.
Top Tip: We did not leave the hotel.

Wonderful service from really friendly staff that couldn't do more to please you. They made a real fuss over the kids. Breakfast was great, as was lunch at the beach and dinner in the a la carte Thai Italian and Indian. Warm in the day but you need a coat in the evenings in February. The main pool was heated.
Top Tip: Take pool shoes for kids to wear in the main pool - it has a walk in beach style section which is great for small children to paddle in but it's quite a rough surface to walk barefoot on and there were a few small stones.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were comfortable, although our balcony was in the shade the entire day, and clean. We didn't try the buffet but the a la carte restaurants were very good, the booking system does need to be reviewed though to allow all guests the opportunity to try all the restaurants during their stay. We paid an extra charge to dine in the fish restaurant, definitely worth it and inexpensive - we went twice. The food, service and views were all excellent. All the staff in the hotel were great, always making the time to talk to us. There is a 24-hr bar so there was no rush to finish dinner to catch the last orders. A truly lovely, friendly hotel - we will possibly be going back in November - I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about booking.
Top Tip: Recommend the rooms on the left as you look down towards the sea in the Winter and on the right in Summer.

Just returned from a week at this lovely hotel. We honestly can't think of anything negative to say! The hotel is beautifully designed and has a real 5 star quality about it. Our seaview deluxe room was very spacious, tons of storage room, walk-in shower room, 2 large comfortable double beds and a large sunny balcony. The buffet food was delicious with lots of different international options at every meal and we particularly enjoyed the beautiful salads and middle eastern specialities. We also ate in the a la carte Indian and Thai restaurants two of several included in the AI. Both were absolutely lovely with authentic and delicious dishes. We used the Adult only Relaxation pool most days but there were two other gorgeous pools to enjoy and a lovely beach with cabanas or sunbed and a lovely beachside Italian restaurant also AI. Snorkelling off the hotel jetty was magnificent. This hotel really does suit everyone whether a family or a couple as there is something for everyone and room for all! Last but not least... the staff are amazing! All of them whatever their job were the most courteous, hardworking and genuinely friendly we have ever come across in a hotel. We absolutely loved it here and will return.
