This hotel was amazing it was well above our expectations for the price we found no faults the food and drinks were great lots of options ignore the people who moan they really have nothing to moan about. The entertainment is a bit rubbish but we were there to chill and enjoy sunshine. Pools are amazing the water park is best I've been to. We are a 30 yr old couple who usually party but this is not the place.

Enjoy ill def be going back for a chill guaranteed sunshine holiday
Top Tip: Didn't go out of resort much

Highly recommended as a water park hotel. If you are thinking of visiting the beach at the sister hotel (Beach Albatross) then this is not recommended with children.

The beach in man made and the stones are very sharp unless your wear shoes. The entrance to the beach is down some very uneven stone steps straight into 5 feet of water and the entrance is about 6ft wide so a bottleneck. Access down to the beach is by lift as it it at the bottom of a cliff. If the lifts are not working there are stair cases of about 300 steps, not ideal with a pushchair! You can walk 15 minutes either way to other beach areas but they are very small and very busy.

Back to the hotel, the water slides are just incredible so who needs a beach? At least 3 of the pools are very well heated including the huge childrens pool, this is next to the bar with ice cream from 12.00. The wave pool is also heated and the waves come on every 2 hours. The lazy river is great fun for all, you are in inflatable boats, you can't swim round the lazy river.

There is plenty of choice for food, all is fresh and hot, I have read some reviews of breakfast being repetitive,eh? i would love to see what these knockers have at their houses!

Most of the staff are really friendly with no pressure to tip, however we gave our 'favourites' tips at the end. The staff love to engage with the children, giving balloons, milkshakes making them all feel welcome.

Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The TV has and English sports channel with live footy, there is a film channel, BBC news and a kids channel in Arabic so take your tablet for the kids.

The only downside was the manner of a few fellow Brits and their appalling manner in the way they spoke to some of the staff treating them like slaves and their shocking language when speaking to their children. We cringed sometimes how people portrayed themselves as guests in another country but thankfully there were only a few.

The only place to get wifi is in 1 bar from 18.00-00.00 (22.00 sometimes) it gets really busy and the signal drops many times. Apparently opposite the hotel there is a Vodaphone shop shop where you can buy a local SIM card really cheaply giving you unlimited wifi anywhere.

Overall we would highly recommend the hotel for families, we talked to some people who visited the hotel for a day and paid £80 for 2 adults and 2 children just to enjoy the waterpark. We always use Travel Republic owing to the quality of accommodation and fantastic value. We will be back!
