This holiday was voted by my kids as their best ever, the hotel provided a fantastic waterpark which meant no travel and expense to get there/in. The all inclusive food meant no worries over budgeting throughout the week we were there. The variety of food offered was astounding, very healthy options and limitless supplies. We even tried Quail for the first time!
The hotel seems to make money out of the Beauty Salon it runs and the pedicure I had was £20. Good value, all treatments are carried out by men, there were no women employees in evidence during our stay!! Likewise, the trips on offer were great, we spent a day snorkelling from a yacht, one adult and two kids for £50, lunch and equipment included.
The resort did not feel crowded at all, no queuing time on the slides and friendly staff organising them safely.
Rooms spacious and comfortable, we went in February when the temperature was hitting 30 degrees and warm evenings however the mosquitoes were out in force in our room!
I would recommend you arrange airport transport before your holiday. It was very efficient. Pleasant layout of the resort, I was happy for the kids to go off alone. Lots of security around the local area and on the gates. Spent around £150, if you intend to go out of the resort you will need more.
“ Top Tip: Only go on organised trips, not all locals are welcoming to overseas visitors. Our trip on a yacht for snorkelling, scuba diving was fantastic. Start out from Neama Bay around 10 am and go to three sites of coral.

Food was very samey and location wasn't amazing.
Sort of needed to stay in the resort unless you were going on an excursion in the desert.
Spa was amazing & would definitely recommend.
Room size was good and enjoyed the view from our balcony.
The old market was a horrendous experience and would advise anyone not to go!
“ Top Tip: We were able to get a free shuttle bus from Aqua Blu to the sister hotel which has a beach, (the snorkeling was amazing!)
