“ We had a great time and thought that the general facilities were great for young families like ourselves. The pools were great and particularly the heated one. The staff worked hard and the pools were staffed with excellent lifeguards.8.5 Excellent

“ Very friendly staff, good food and very clean complex, the only thing that spoilt it for us was that 90% of those staying there are Russian, never met so many rude people in all my life. If I was to go back to Egypt I would stay at the other end nearer to Sharks Bay as better for snorkelling.
“ Top Tip: Don't use the local beach instead take a taxi to the Public beach at Sharks Bay as this beach is quality and fantastic for snorkelling, tax will cost you about £25 there and back. If you wish to go bargain shopping going during the day not at night seems to be less hassle. If you wish to tip 10 Egyptian pounds is more than enough and is about £1 remember that the average Egyptian is only on about 10 Egyptian pounds an hour which is the same as one English pound per hour.

“ We had a great time and thought that the general facilities were great for young families like ourselves. The pools were great and particularly the heated one. The staff worked hard and the pools were staffed with excellent lifeguards. The hotel had excellent facilities and there were always something to do. Our daughter loved the mini disco and had the time of her life. The general evening entertainment wasn't of great quality and centered around audience participant activities e.g. Mr/Miss Aqua. The fire show/bed of nails was very skilled and good, although you could question its suitability for younger children. However this was not a major issue and there were so many positives we would happily go back. The rooms were spotless and so were the grounds. The food was fine and there was enough choice to find something to eat. We have read some reviews saying it wasn't very good and although we have experienced holidays with more choice I was still classify it as good. We had a brilliant holiday and were sad to come home.

“ Top Tip: The shopping area called Il Mercato is only 5 minutes walk away...though be careful of the hot sun.
