Friendly and hardworking staff - beautiful grounds and lots to see and do without having to leave the resort. Improvements are being made all the time with a new beach bar and restaurant this year.

Snorkelling of the jetty is amazing, so many fish so close to the hotel!
Top Tip: Find a good boat trip if you're not a driver - its a great way tomseemthe amazing fish in the red sea without having to get your feet wet.

So much to eat and drink and do first few days took a bit of getting used to but once we did it turned out to be a great family holiday, the room was a bit dated and the air conditioning a bit loud ( couldn't keep it on during the night ) but couldn't falt the staff!!! All worked so hard to make are stay enjoyable, will certainly be going back as soon as we can

Excellent choice of food and tasty, pancakes and doughnuts in the afternoon were loved by all. Pools are all lovely and beach is nice. It's worth paying a little extra to have a room with a view as the promo rooms have ugly views. Entertainment in the evening isn't great. Very friendly staff!

Hotel was rated as a 5 star hotel however, I would not consider it to be a 5 star rating compared to an English or an American rated facility. At best 4 star. We had a number of issues with our accommodation with the AC Leaking on two separate occasions and had to be moved. Rooms are tired and need upgrading. AC in some of the dining areas not working making it unpleasant to eat in. (Sorry... My occupation in the UK is air conditioning and you tend to notice when it's not working correctly)
I will say that staff on site were excellent and were great with the children who made our stay very enjoyable.

Had a lovely stay, it was my birthday whilst there and we had a table reserved in a dining area of our choice and it was beautifully decorated and I received a complimentary birthday cake. The rooms are a little shabby but cleaned each day to a high standard.
Through travel republic we booked and paid for a private transfer, but never received any voucher for this, which caused a few problems on our last day with the rep, but got it sorted in the end.
