“ I've just spent two weeks here, all inclusive, relaxing in the sun. The rooms are a good size and clean, although could do with a lick of paint in places, The pools and general areas were clean and the food was plentiful and well cooked although a little repetitive, but for what I paid was very good value.7.5 Very Good

The resort offers guests two swimming pools (one heated), two private beaches (one sandy and one rocky), two bars at the hotel and a bar at each beach and an air conditioned shuttle bus. The hotel also provides a children's play area, billiards, table tennis, disco, laundry service and currency exchange. “ The hotel itself isnt that bad, its could do with some tlc in the rooms, the pool areas were clean but that can't be said for the rooms. I stayed a week and the bed wasn't changed and most stuff wasn't cleaned as there were mosquitos swatted everywhere and they stayed there. The staff weren't all that helpfull compared to other hotels ive stayed in in Sharm but when I complained about no hot water in shower they did come and sort it fairly quickly. Food was ok but I think they need more glasses instead of the cheap plastic cups. Very cheap hotel and reasonable value but if you book here don't expect to much as you will be disappointed. I would go again but only if I wanted cheap.
“ Top Tip: The old market is a 20 minute walk away and well worth a visit

“ Very quiet hotel, 2 swimming pools with different atmospheres, shame that all the facilities are not used, as have some lovely outside area upstairs that could be used.

This was definitely not a four* hotel having stopped at far superior two* hotels in Sharm. The reception staff were unhelpful and on arrival were too busy using their mobile phones rather than assisting us. The food was repetitive and boring and alternated between chicken and beef with limited alternative choice. It never seemed that the dining room was cleaned and the tables were never wiped down between guests. Most of the crockery was chipped and dirty, plates cups etc and the plastic glasses used to serve drinks at the poolside bars were old, scratched and in short supply. The bar staff were surly and miserable and you couldn't get a drink unless you returned your glass or explained where it was. No bottled drinking water was supplied and there was no water cooler where you could help yourself. The bar constantly ran out of wine and we resorted to buying our own - not what you expect on an all inclusive package!
The only good thing about the hotel was the cleaner and the fact that we got clean towels every day.
Overall the hotel was dated and tired and in need of complete refurbishment.
I certainly would not return to this hotel or recommend it to any friends or family
“ Top Tip: Top Tip - Don't book this hotel!

I've just spent two weeks here, all inclusive, relaxing in the sun. The rooms are a good size and clean, although could do with a lick of paint in places, The pools and general areas were clean and the food was plentiful and well cooked although a little repetitive, but for what I paid was very good value. However the friendliness of the staff more than made up for any shortcomings. Nothing was too much trouble for them. My room lights tripped out near midnight and they were fixed within 5 minutes of being reported On the down side there's not much going on in and around the hotel, you have to go into Naama bay for any night life and Wi-fi connection in the hotel was expensive and very iffy. I didn't use it but there were a lot of complaints from others.
Overall I'd class this as a reasonable 3* and would certainly go back there again for a chill out break.
“ Top Tip: Picasso's restaurant, just down the road. Great place for good, reasonably priced food. Proper home cooked steak pie and chips and a traditional roast on Sunday.. Yum...
