Good value for money. A little tired in places but overall a nice hotel. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Local spirits in all inclusive were not great but beer was good. Food was quite typical of Egypt all inclusive - not always great but definitely always something which was ok. Omelette station at breakfast was good.
Entertainment and evening is ok but probably not for every night of the holiday. There is not much else within easy walking distance of the hotel but taxis are reasonably cheap to get to Naarma Bay, Soho Square etc.
“ Top Tip: Jive (sports) bar next door is a great little bar - much better from the inside than it looks on the outside. Shark's bay is only 15 minutes by taxi and should cost maximum LE 100 there and back. Snorkels on the beach are only about £1.50 per day to hire and the underwater sights and fish are unbelievable.

“ We enjoyed our holiday immensley but without the onsite water park would have been left wanting, luckily we are not a fussy family when it comes to eating, the hotel was 50/50 with Brits to Russians but the management catered completely for the Russians. The kids club was not open, the entertainment on a night was obismal unless you wanted to pay £20.00 pp to go upstairs in one of the other bars for a meal and entertainment but as we were all inc this was very cheeky & naughty. Apparently when speaking to other guests what the management put on in there incl the food was what should have been catered for and put on anyway. As it is in other hotels in Sharm, this was not our first visit to Egypt but the first where we thought we were being taken for a ride. The hotel is clean, he staff very friendly but the rooms are some what dated & shabby a little bit. The rooms need a good makeover. I had to clean round the toilet outside basin before we could use it and our bath was cracked round the plug hole. Not what I expected from a 4* hotel. The ground, pools, aqua park, bars, pool bars & restaurant are superb clean and very well looked after as well as the reception area which is beautiful but they need to concentrate on the inside of the hotel also. I would say if they do not do something & quick this hotel will close. Its only the aqua park which is keeping it afloat. Would I go back NO due to them catering the the Russians.
“ Top Tip: The beach over the road as you walk through the Radisson Blu resort is lovely and so is SOHO Square

The music in the "Tent" was far to loud. In my room I could hear what the compere was saying when talking so you can imagine the din when the music was playing! AND my room was not directly backing onto the tent! Those rooms must be unbearable. Also, when I loooked into the tent one night on my way back to my room there were only ablut 25 people in there. This would definately put me off booking this hotel again.
Resturant, pool & bar staff were great, helpful & friendly. Unfortunately the reception staff let the hotel down. Not very enthusiastic or helpful. My room key needed replacing 3 times during a 10 day stay. the first failure was on the 7th day so probably switched off in error? The reception staff told me it was my fault for keeping the card by electrical gadget eg mobile phone. When I told them i hadnt, & dont have a phone or anything electrical with me he just shrugged his shoulders!
Room was spacious and clean.
Great pity that that due to recession/political unrest the resort and hotels were very quiet resulting in many facilities not being open/available. The aqua park at this hotel was fantastic and I could well imagine families with children not moving far from this facility all holiday, and very sad that it was errily quiet for most of my stay.
Hotel website didnt, in my opinion make it clear enough that the beach belongs to another Radisson hotel and is a 15-20 min walk from this hotel, although there is a hotel bus that runs from the beach hotels reception to the beach, but not on a timetable.
“ Top Tip: Hotel had lots to offer and was looking for a relaxing break so didnt look further afield.

We booked a room for 3 but on arrival there were only 2 beds in the room.
It took 18 hours for this to be sorted.
Rooms very basic. Finishings poor but a/c very good.
We found the main restaurant dirty with food lying on the floor from the night before. After the first breakfast we ate in the smaller restaurant which was always clean and tidy.
Food was good as was the water park although I expected a few more big slides for the older kids.
Due to the trouble in Egypt at the moment we did not veture out at night.
The beach was nice across the road and we went on a boat trip snorkling and diving which was great. All other trips had been cancelled.
