What an amazing holiday! We stayed here from 22nd Jan - 29th Jan and pretty much everything was spot on! The service is unreal, food is lovely, they try to differentiate the food as much as they can, a bonus is that they have two eating places one being for British dinners which makes a huge difference to the feel of the place, water park fantastic and entertainment team did the best they could! All staff friendly, had one problem with a member of the staff which was completely over shadowed but the excellent service offered by the other staff. Special mention to Emad in the restaurant, by far an aset to Parkinn, was never left without a drink as soon as one finished another was on its way and always happy to see you when you walked in. Also our cleaner Mohammed, nothing was ever too much for him and room was always cleaned to high standard, we will definitely be back, kids had the time of their life's (ages 6&11)! Thank you for a fabulous holiday

This is a honest and true account from a seasoned Egypt traveler! We have been to Egypt 8 times so am well aware that the hotels can't please everyone and the reviews have to be taken with a pinch of salt. But this hotel is shocking. To keep it short and sweet - hotel is defo not a 4 star! At the most it is a 2+

the rooms are spacious and beds are comfy they could be a 3* if they were fixed of all broken furniture and if baths and sinks were replaced not one person I have spoken to has a plug that holds water! And we have approx 10 chips in bath and mould on most tiles. Our block had a horrible smell of sewage every morning not a nice way to start the day but on the plus it soon went by 1pm.

The swimming pool and water park are nice maybe could be a 3* if there were cleaners (so the flys left you alone) and the bars were stocked with cups the are not cracked. When by beach or in the aqua park you are given tea coffee and beer from a child's plastic party cup- I feel this is insulting.

Food- The 1 buffet restaurant is too small for the amount of people and waiters are standing around like wet lettuces watching you source your own cutlery. The food is of poor quality but cooked well. You can tell they are working very hard and well with a extremely small budget. The snack bars are disgusting filthy and stink of chip fat. The £1.50 per glass charge for fresh fruit juice is an absolute joke, I've never experienced this at a 4* all inclusive before.

The all inclusive facilities are a 2* at the most.

The staff are polite when approached but not courtesy at all.

Animation team are by far the least energetic people I've ever met and the entertainment the worst I've seen in my whole entire life! I would look into that family award they claim to of won as I can't believe it's true. The entertainment and mini disco is in the beowim tent which is disgusting & filthy we have been twice I will not let my children play in on or around that disgusting place.
The kids club is nice but defo for under 5's only and maha who runs it is lovely.

Internet is only in the dreary reception and is extremely slow god forbid you need to read an email within the hour!

The Spa is nice at 1st glance but very expensive, the treatments cost the same as you would pay in England yet the quality and care not as good. The indoor pool was not as well kept as I would of hoped and the changing rooms were awful. The men's stunk of rotting garbage and women's of sewage.

word of warning for any body travelling here with a pram, wheel chair of someone awaiting knee/hip surgery. Everything is up and down stairs with no lifts.
I believe they place everybody with a pram or walking aid on 2/3 floor so you 'upgrade' this spend more money please please put your foot down and do not!

Outside the hotel is a small row of extortionately priced shops I've never ever seen prices like this in Egypt.

On the whole I will never return to this hotel this is a low 3* hotel with 2* all inclusive package and for what you can get else where it's not worth the money.

WORST HOTEL IN EGYPT ! 2 Star ! Looks great in photo. Don't be fooled Restaurant is worse than Staff canteen. Very tired and dated . Rooms Filthy and dried blood on walls in some. Showers broken . Half pools not heated or slides working . Pay the bit extra and go somewhere else. people changed rooms 3-4 times that I met as filthy as only men clean these rooms. needs womens touch in my opinion.
