I have gone to Sharm el Sheikh in Egypt for the last 5 years in March. Never have I wanted to go back to the same hotel! The staff are so friendly, even the people round the pool that try to sell you excursions, spa treatments or tattoos are very friendly, even if you don't buy anything they always stop to say hello to you. The rooms were cleaned excellently every day. The bar waiter around the lobby area, Carlos made our stay. There were 9 of us and every night he remembered our drinks order perfectly, we also had such a laugh with him. The only problem within the lobby bar area it can get busy at night for those of us that didn't want to go to the entertainment area and could do with a larger seating area maybe extend it outside. The sunbeds can be a bit close together and after the 1st day and we had worked out where the sun stays out all day, we then had to get up early to get our beds together otherwise there are areas that get shady about 3pm. (But be warned, if you just reserve your beds with your towels on and they are not sat on,, within 15 minutes, your towels are removed) We also felt that maybe the pool bar should stay open later to take the pressure off the lobby bar. The sunbeds need stacking away at night and then put some tables and chairs out where the imitation grass is. The food was amazing, hot every night and with a great selection of meats, fresh vegetables and salads, really the best we have experienced yet in an all inclusive hotel. Overall, for a totally relaxing holiday, we always go for 5 days in march and unfortunately don't go out of the complex as our aim is total relaxation this is definitely the place to go and be looked after.

Very friendly staff, hotel lovely and clean.
Amenities poor although they did have buses every night from hotel to take you to other places and also to and from beach.
Food nice and varied and always something for everyone.
The only minus I would say is that it is full of the older 'regular ' holiday maker and predominantly British, so if you're up for a lively holiday don't go here.
But on the whole very enjoyable.
Top Tip: Lovely bay used by hotel

Great little hotel, very friendly. Staff very polite and helpful. Animation team work very hard day and night, although night time entertainment is not great. Would definatley go back and would recomend to friends and family.

The staff are very good and the hotel is kept spotlessly clean. The food is also very good - lots of choice - served piping hot.
The downside of this hotel is that it is very remote. There are no shops/bars/restaurants to walk to and the beach - served by shuttle bus - is a good 15 minutes drive away. The food served at the beach is way below par. The drinks served under the all inclusive setup are very poor - I don't think there is any alchohol in the beer!
Dress code is also very poor for dining. We did not appreciate sitting down to dinner with people wearing beach shorts/vests and flip flops!
This is not a hotel that we would visit again.
Top Tip: This hotel is remote. No where to go outside the resort complex.
