not much to do outside the hotel with only a couple of restraunts in walking distance.
weather was good but when it got cold there was not enough space in the upper rooms to hold all of the people for the entertainment. there were also no smoking signs but people smoked in all areas.
room service could have been better. no service on a sunday, cups not washed and sometimes no tea/coffee/milk left as well as towels not changed.
there is a central food display area with plates on either end and 4 servers for food on either side. there was different food in some dishes on both sides and this meant that people would be in a long queue going round the server. it also made it very difficult to get into the queue without pushing and and this caused problems with other people in the queue. this was pointed out but nothing changed even though there were other serving areas not being used.
Albania was excellent and there were several beaches along the coast that could be easily found by boat.
great travel agent/car hire just outsdie the hotel which the staff were very helpful and very friendly.

We have just returned from our fantastic holiday at the Mareblue Beach Resort in Corfu.
16th - 23rd September 2013.
This hotel is superb! It is definitely worthy of its 4 stars. The hotel is located overlooking a beautiful bay looking out at Albania, slightly remote but we hired a car so was perfect for us.
This hotel is immaculate, our room was cleaned everyday, except Sunday. The rooms are clean with kitchenette, coffee, tea making facilities, plenty of space, Satellite TV. We were located overlooking the main pool and sea in James Bond block room 1824, perfect location and views. Take mosquito spray and plug in for room, really helped keep the mosquitoes away. There is also another adult only (no music) relaxation pool.
ALL the staff were friendly and nothing was any trouble for them. Both the hotel manager and catering mangers are very active and can be seen everywhere.
The food in the restaurant was of a good standard with plenty of choice.
There is a small mini market on site which had everything! The prices are fair for an on site shop and people very helpful.
We booked an excursion to Albania to see the Roman ruins and Blue Eye Springs this is a MUST! Our guide in Albania was Loretta and she was fantastic, everyone tipped her at the end of the day as she was so good.
We have had many all inclusive holidays and to be honest this was one of the best! We cannot wait to go back!
Best rooms for sea views are Block Miss Money Penny or James Bond as they are overlooking the sea and pool, however, a bit of a walk up to the hotel for dinner.
Take mosquito repellent.
