After booking a superior room the hotel tried to give us a standard, 2 hours arguing I final got what I paid for. The only positive I can say is this room was comfortable and modern. 1 hour later 300 teenagers arrived for a 3 day stay. They had everyone up between 3am and 5am running riot on all 3 nights ....such for a rest. The hotel staff did nothing even after a lot of people complaining. After only eating in the hotel I got food poisening (I've got a very strong stomach). Tbh the restaurant staff were rude anyway! After 2 days of not coming out the room I ate out..... All in all I would not recommend this hotel and to be honest agents should pull it.
Top Tip: Alex bar does amazing food plus the owners very friendly. The bus for corfu town is right outside the gates 2 euro each way if you pay on the bus or 1.50 euro if you buy the ticket from the mini market

Asked for sea or pool view. Did not get either, got a ground floor garden view. The hotel is rather dated but I heard that a revamp is due in November 2013. It should be a 3* not a 4* hotel. Maids cleaned room every day to a satisfactory standard. The bathroom had a shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. No bath and the water overflowed from the shower on floor due to cramped small cubicle. Our room was damp and everything smelt musty. Back wall of bathroom was blistering where the water was coming through. On way to our room, midway from reception, the constant smell of sewerage was unpleasant. This hotel has too many steps. It is up, down, up, down all the time. The pool looked fine, and you were lucky to get a sunbed. Not enough for the people there and the ones they did have were mostly broken. All need replacing. These sunbeds are the old white plastic type where you should have a thin mattress on top, but these had none and were very uncomfortable. On to the food, just passable, no eggs and bacon as we know it. Scrambled or hard boiled eggs and what passes for bacon is like a bacon flavoured ham. Had lamb and beef on two of the evenings. The food on our last night was a mixture of the same same that we had all week.
Top Tip: Found Shakes bar run by an Irish and English couple, Eileen and Phil. Had 2 great evenings here. One night a motown singer from England and another night Elvis Presley look-a-like from Czech Republic. It is not on the door-step of Magna Graecia, a short walk down the road on the same side.
We had a boat trip up the north side from the local beach to Kassiopi with Captain Homer. Great day out for 20€ and that included b-b-q lunch on the boat with wine or soft drink. Boat does several stops for swimming.

Hotel is very clean and well presented but in need of some updating. Rooms and towels cleaned every day. Very friendly staff. My only complaint would be that the food was not great, a little bland. All in all good value for money though.
Top Tip: Great bus service to Corfu town just outside the hotel, cheap too.

had read a lot of bad reviews before we went but was quite suprised when we got there it was better than expected.. We got a drink on arrival that was midnight.. the first room had a double bed we had asked for a twin but we got moved straight away.. out room was looking onto the pool at the same level which was nice... I found the food ok apart from the soup it was tasteless.. the rooms were clean and ok. One issue with the room was the aircom got switched of the day after we arrived and we struggled with the heat in the room as it was still very hot they said it was because of the end off season.. A couple of other things where for 3 nights a load of bulgarians where staying which made the hotel overbooked meal times and finding somwhere to sit on a night was a nightmare when thay were here.. The staff were very nice apart from one waitress in restaurant and a barman more so during the 3 day busy time.. We did get told off for laughing after 12.30am one night as others complain a couple off nights later we got asked to move inside because we were talking this was just after 12 as it would upset the guests this was my main upset as we were not that loud. So to sum it up it was a pleasant stay apart from the extra guests and air con
Top Tip: the beach is a five min walk if u go down the hill from the hotel turn left cross the road go down the track followthe beach to ur about halve way there is sunbeds, a swimming pool, changing area, toilets, resteraurant, bar, u hire the sun lounger for the day 3 euros and u get use of the above,, Very nice pool very good, food very good, very nice staff
