This hotel is perfect for young people looking for fun and all night drinking in the bar. You can sleep only between 5am to 10 am, because music is so loud in the bar. Reception is not 24h. If you chose B&B you have only 4,50EU pp to spend for breakfast, for example full breakfast cost 7.2 so you have to pay cash 2.20EU extra. Never pick the room with garden view because for real it`s a street view and its really loud. Extra charge for air condition 10EU per day or 50EU for 7 days. Swimming pool is deep starting from 1,5m to 2,7m so its not suitable for kids. Small swimming pool is 1m deep so it is too deep for very young childrens. The staff is very friendly and help full
Top Tip: 10 min from hotel is Old Town Malia with many nice restaurants much nicer and cheaper then in streets next to the beach. If you renting a car, quad bike or bike ask in reception because they have a very good deal with renting companies. there are 5 of them next to hotel.

Staff all lovely and pool and bar area have a great atmosphere. Maid/cleaning service is quite poor, sheets and towels only changed once per week.

This hotel was not to the standard that I thought I had paid for.On arrival i was told by 'vicki' that the hotel was very busy and I would have to stay somewhere else for the first 2 nites. I then had to drag my suitcase down the street a couple of hundred yards to a different place called Santa Maria. On arrival the next morning I presented myself for breakfast which was included in my price. As there was no buffet there was confusion about what I was allowed to have. Vicki said I could have an allowance of up to 5 euros towards choosing what I wanted.I told her that I was not prepared to pay ant more and just to give me whatever they wanted. after this was agreed there was no further problem.
My main observations about this 'hotel' is:
There is no apparent manager looking after the hotel and therefore organisation is lacking
It is very annoying, after booking my holiday early in the year, to be outbooked
The standard of cleanliness not only in the room but throughout the 'hotel' was very poor
Top Tip: The old village of Malia is still a nice place to eat in the evening
Restaurant 'Drossia' in the town centre was excellent place to eat
