The hotel was quite good but my wife and I are 75+ and our bathroom had a very high sided bath, no grab handle or wall rails which made it difficult to get into. I had to call maintenance, the door stop was fitted half way along the bath, there was no rubber stop just a piece of metal sticking up, hence twice I cut my foot getting in/out. The shower rose over the bath would only hang down and back and kept falling out in use. I did get it sorted after two phone calls. The T.V. in the room was about 14" and the channels in German! The general stance of the reception junior staff was fairly aggressive and unhelpful. I don,t know if it was the language barrier or they were bored with their jobs. The hotel was very clean and well kept gardens, although we did have an ant infestation in the wash basin area and one of the bedside cabinets. Compared to today's standards. I would say the hotel was old and in need of a total facelift and improved safety. There were too many unsafe parts to list. I did see two men with full arm plaster, who had slipped over on the poolside tiling which was NOT anti-slip.The dinning staff and chefs were always cheery. There was something for most ages so all in all not bad place.
Top Tip: Take the 4 euro return road train to Panarama town. Totally set up for tourists. Plenty of restaurants etc.

Very clean and tidy gardens and beautiful views of sea.
Booked to stay in the creta panarama but got put in the other side of the hotel under creta mare. As we are a family of three had a pushchair there are no lifts on that side of the hotel.
We felt like we were deserted all on our own away from everything.
The food is nice but gets boring quick as not loads of variety and lunch and dinner are same everyday.
Breakfast was best.
Overall nice hotel but pools are not heated and salt water which not great for kids.
Staff are not all very friendly and some quite rude in the bars. The reception team are the worst of all.
