The hotel, rooms and food were great. The only negative was that one of the receptionists was unhelpful, most were lovely. Four friends of ours arrived part way through our stay and had the same bad attitude from the same receptionist.
Other bars and restaurants are a 20 min walk along a beachside path.

Rooms, as always, spotlessly clean and tidy, although a few could do with a little TLC! The show cooking in the restaurant each night is a welcome attraction, however it would be nice to see a choice of a meat and a fish dish each evening. The staff are friendly and helpful and most go out of their way to cater to your needs.
We found the hotel bus into Kos Town very useful. It may be 9 euro return, as opposed to 2.90 euro each way on the public transport, but you do not have to walk the path from the village back to the hotel in the searing heat.
The pool is large with plenty of sunbeds in the surrounding areas, which are swept at regular intervals during the day. The hotels beach now employs a "Beach Boy" who spends his day keeping the area tidy and litter free.
The only alteration we found, but did not bother us, was that spirits were no longer available in AI package before 5.00pm. Beer, wine, soft drinks and juices are available from 10.00am.
We have heard many criticisms regarding this accommodation, however we feel that for the price you pay you have very good value for money.
Top Tip: After a walk in to the village, it is lovely to take time out and watch the world drift by at the Saloon Bar.

very disappointed advertised as waterpark resort its not, you only get 1 free entry and its 7 km away it was the main reason we booked there for the grandchildren. The accommodation is adequate but you have to pay 42 euros extra for air-con which is a must but it blew warm air and it didn't help havin a fridge in the room that was red hot. There is only 1 restaurant unless you book the themed restaurant 24 hours in advance after 6.30pm the food was nice at beginning of week then was rehashed toward the end we found it inedible and didn't cater for childrens taste, we didn't enjoy breakfast either. Most of the staff were lovely but a male and female at reception were downright rude. The pool bar served watered down juice the same as in the restaurant and alcoholic drinks consisted of revolting lager served in half pint measures only so required frequent visits to bar joining a huge queue cocktails cost extra 4.50 euro and after 11 0 clock pm had to be paid for which was when some of the entertainment/disco was on. The entertainment was fair apart from greek night which was excellent not much for the kids. Although set in beautiful surroundings and clean we will not be returning to EURO Village all-inclusive should be just that not setting time limits and paying for extras and having to pay for extra visits to a waterpark which was advertised as being on-site.
Top Tip: So many lovely private beaches around but you will need a car or enjoy walking. Try Kennys bar in mastachari for great food and the sports bar down from it for a beer or cocktail.
