We stayed here for 4 nights and had a most comfortable stay. We visited Dublin for a long weekend with friends and found the hotel to be in a great location, it was a 5 minute walk from the top of O'Connell street and 10 minutes from the Liffey. The hotel is in a quiet street on a gentle slope. The staff were friendly and happy to help in any way, including advice on places to eat or how to get around. The hotel rooms were well appointed and well serviced by the housekeeping staff. The bar downstairs in the vaults is very atmospheric and the music on Thursday and Friday nights (acoustic guitar and whistle) was excellent.
Would highly recommend this hotel , it was just perfect for what we wanted.
Top Tip: A lovely Italian just down the road and to the left from the hotel in Talbot street, The Italian Connection so good we ate there twice. Also the Aurora cafe bar, 73 Upper Dorset Street was also good and nearby.
