Lovely hotel, rooms clean and presentable. All staff were helpful and friendly. Location close to terminal and plenty of bars/shops but quiet enough from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

Hotel is of a very high standard, very clean and well presented. Situated very close to main Termini station for links around the city. All the staff we spoke to were very professional and polite and helpful. My only slight disappointment was the breakfast provided. It was described as an American Breakfast, in my own opinion that's not quite what we got. It was cold meats, cheeses and a variety of breads. Hot food was scrambled eggs, hot dog style sausages and very plain bacon. Cereals were also available. Whilst it was of a fair standard, it's not what I thought it would be. That said, it was very fresh and plenty of it. Hotel does not have an evening meal option, but that's not a worry as there are lots of very good places to eat very nearby. Would happily stay here again. I would point out that the bar prices in the hotel are very competitive and in many cases cheaper than local bars.
Top Tip: Lots of great places to eat, my advice is just try as many as you can, if you don't enjoy one place, there are many more to pick from. Use the metro to get around the city, it's very quick, easy to navigate and very well priced at €1.5 for 100 minutes unlimited travel, great value! The watch out, is the trains are very very busy! The general rule that it seems people follow is, if you see a space to get on, just go for it.

Very helpful at reception desk .Breakfast ok, lots of it but hot food not the most wonderful. Room small but ok, however the cleaning of the room left much to be desired and the amount of dust under the small settee when I moved it explained why so much dust was spreading around the room; a spoon from previous occupants was also found. The floor had not been cleaned properly for some time the dust was thick under the furniture. One or two silverfish and wood lice were running around the bathroom at night time, I killed a fair number, not that they would hurt you but you do not expect to see them on the 5th floor.
Porters very helpful and kitchen staff worked very hard at breakfast time.
Hotel in a great position for restaurants and for getting to all the tourist places in Rome plus close to the transport hub The Termini
Top Tip: Highly recommend Trattoria il Gallo Nero turn left and left again out of hotel and La Gallina Bianca turn right and right again. For coffee La Caffettiero P'zza Di Pietra.

Take a visit to Pompei whilst there, catch the fast train to Naples; you can be there in 1 hour ten minutes then a local train for 40mins a wonderful day.
