Excellent food and different every day to please everybody.
The entertainment group is absolutely great : they took care of the kids morning and afternoon so well.
Hotel is clean and staff very nice and friendly and makes you feel welcome at any time.
There was a little continuous hum in the water system of the toilet which was a bit annoying, but apart from that,we had a very good week and I recommend it to any families with children.

This is a great hotel , clean comfortable rooms most with full or juliet balconies . the staff are helpful and very pleasant . Food is excellent and very Italian if you want English food dont go ... There was superb choice and the menu was varied so you never got the same things twice . It is also based on the Italian menu so you get anti-pasta, followed by a pasta , then a main and a sweet with choices for each. It is Buffet style so you can help yourself. the restaurant is clean bright and airy (nowhere near cafeteria style as someone mentioned ) and the restaraunt staff are pleasant ,friendly and helpful.
The surroundings are stunning with a beautiful pool ( unheated if you are travelling low season) with a pretty little bar which will serve you with your inclusive drinks and snacks most of the day. Most of the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms (only showers) are a good size . some rooms hve very small bathrooms and little showers so request a big bathroom if you are bothered by that. There fridges in the rooms and for 8 euros they will fill it up for you with soft drinks and water.
The communal ares are lovely and a great place to sit and chat and drink or watch the tv as the indoor bar is open from 6:30 . There is a large loggia area outside where you can sit and watch the sun set before dinner
you can easily walk into the little town and the beach but the hotel provides a free shuttle train service to the beach .You can find most things you need and there is a decent size supermarket on the main street.
The Entertainment team are fantastic , they work so hard and provided us with some the best laughs we have had all holiday . We would like to thank Fabio for the most incredible bingo we have ever played, Veronica for her patience and understanding with our ability to have no coordination in the dance and fitness classes in the pool and out .Oh boy can she move !!!! Martina and Bartolemeo
for their helpfulness and conversation and making us feel so welcome. Simone who was so caring, patient and understanding with the children (not ours we didnt take any but an excellent kids club). The gorgeous Mateo, well, just for being so gorgeous and finally little Andrea whose light lit up the whole holiday (he can do incredible things with a banana) , We became very fond of them all they made our holiday such fun and they worked so hard. All the reception staff and the hotel management who sorted any minor niggle quickly and efficiently. I cant praise this place enough.
Top Tip: Things you should Know
Americano coffee in the all inclusive is without milk if you want milk take whitener
all inclusive drinks are restricted but enough for us you get gin .vodka rum and some italian liquores ,beer and soft drinks , white and red wine . you can purchase a card that gets you a better selection and ice creams we didnt bother
there is a bus service that will take you to Olbia airport and local places. You can catch it outside the esso petrol station on the main street in the town . Get the timetable from reception. Worth a visit on the bus . Posada 10 mins away
San Teodoro lots of lovely shops pretty place 30 mins on bus . order a picnic for lunch and explore
go out into the little town for ice cream (la gelateria)
no loos or facilities on the beach its gorgeous but be aware if you need the loo you will need to go to a bar

Although the hotel is excellent and clean, with good facilities and superb room service it is not one for the English. The majority of patrons are Dutch Belgian/French or Italian. The Staff are hard working and caring, doing their best to ensure that guests have a good time, but speak only Italian and some French, not their fault of course, but it made it difficult to appreciate the majority of the entertainment on offer. Hotel information in English too, was sketchy, and the food left a lot to be desired, with hot food barely lukewarm, and little variety although we didn't go hungry. All inclusive drinks were very limited and totally ran out one evening, while snacks were virtually non-existence. Excursion leaflets were again lacking in information for the English and centred, primariy, on beaches. The local businesses do not cater for the Engish although did try hard to help us, bless them. The surrounding area cannot be described as picturesque and entertainment outside of the hotel was non-existent.
In short, unless you are fluent in Italian, This is one to avoid.

Structure with excellent value for money. Comfortable room and clean, food varied and always well cooked, nice beach and sea is a mile away.
Top Tip: The beauty of Sardinia is that it is very diverse and beautiful the inside then it deserves to turn to visit new beaches, coves, mountain hiking, ...
