Had a great time all was perfect, except for disruptive small children at the restaurants 8.30 sitting. Maybe there should be an age limit for this sitting.

Fantastic atmosphere and really really friendly staff! Reception staff extremely helpful and bar staff very eager to please!! Great location, Great food; Great drinks!! Room was remarkable and facilities excellent - already looking to booking next year's holiday :-)
Top Tip: Really enjoyed Scuba Diving with Ocean Mystery Team - super kind and friendly and reasonable prices too!!

My girlfriend and I spent a week at the Seabank and can't fault it. The food was excellent in the main Coral restaurant and we both enjoyed the food in the Brazilian and Asian themed restaurants. Whilst the outdoor pools were out of use because they were being refurbished we didn't mind as the indoor heated pool was more than adequate. Our room was kept really clean and the receipt of a bottle of wine from housekeeping because a workman had just finished working in our room was appreciated but was a nice thought.
Overall we both thought the hotel was excellent and the evening entertainment generally good. Just don't employ the 20 year old Mancunian DJ again as he managed to empty the Dome in 10 minutes with his personal choice of music.
Top Tip: Transport links to all the main tourist points was excellent.

This hotel provided me with an absolutely first-rate experience plus outstanding value for money. I just don’t know how they manage to offer so much variety and high quality for so little money! I’ll definitely be back!

They noted my special requests for room allocation and obliged. On arrival I was greeted by a friendly, efficient reception-team and provided with all the necessary information by fluent English speakers. As well as essential information there was also detailed additional information about the local bus service etc! I was given the option of having my luggage delivered to my room or taking it myself. The room was large, well-equipped ( combination-safe at no extra charge , fridge , kettle ( plus tea / coffee etc) , large wall mounted TV screen, table and chairs plus two comfortable chairs , large balcony and outside furniture plus wi-fi which always worked - no-extra cost ) and spotless. The décor was modern, tasteful, in perfect condition and the bed really comfortable. The bathroom was modern, clean and everything worked perfectly. Towels were of good quality and changed according to ones requirement. There was a daily cleaning-service.

The all-inclusive meals in the main restaurants (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are excellent with plenty of choice – buffet style, hot and cold, with additional speciality restaurants that may be booked for dinner at no extra cost – e.g. Asian, Italian, Brazilian etc. Nobody can fail to be impressed. The quality of the cuisine is very high indeed and presentation most impressive. Seating is flexible and staff plentiful and attentive to your requests. There is no traditional waiting-service so one selects their own food and table but staff are at hand and exceptionally helpful. A range of drinks including; soft drinks, tea, coffee, hot-chocolate and water are available at all meals and throughout the day. Additionally larger and wines are available at lunchtime and with dinner. Two bars, between them, provide both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at most times. Everything is encompassed within the “all-inclusive”! If you miss a meal, some form of food and drink will be available to you somewhere at almost all times.

Additional facilities / features include a pool, outside seating areas, spa, car-hire, taxis, excursions and a programme of entertainment – yoga, boules, movies, bowling, darts, archery, board-games, dance lessons and aquagym. I didn’t have chance in my single week to experience any of these services but comments by others were extremely favourable. I tended to use the hotel as a base for exploring Malta and Gozo by Maltese public transport and it worked absolutely perfectly.

A hugely positive attitude permeates throughout this establishment – a desire to please guests with a smile. The staff (at all levels) seem to want to go the extra mile. It feels that there is strong, positive, modern leadership with a pro-active approach and probably a helpful training- programme / on-going training for staff. This is a truly professional team.
Top Tip: Excellent bus service throughout Malta - efficient and inexpensive.Good ferry service to Gozo too!
