  • We were room only so cannot comment on the food but the room, facilities and staff were fantastic. We used the spa and were very pleased with massages, not as pleased with kids pedicure but good enough.

We were room only so cannot comment on the food but the room, facilities and staff were fantastic. We used the spa and were very pleased with massages, not as pleased with kids pedicure but good enough. Our only negative was that our room was internal with a window to the atrium. We knew this in advance but did not realise that meant no natural light in the room. It made it feel very oppressive and we had to send someone out each day to see what the weather was like! Also worth mentioning the hotel is at the top of a fairly steep hill and in the heat the pavements become very slippy.

Top Tip: The Salisbury pub a few doors up the hill was very friendly and Scott's supermarket also good.

Lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room we were given was very spacious, with a small balcony.
Dressing gowns and slippers provided as were hair drier, safe and mini bar.
The food was very good for breakfast and the evening meals which are both buffet style, lots of choice, and the service was very good.

Top Tip: It is a short walk to the seafront and the harbour where you can get on the hop on off buses to take you to all the top attractions.

We had a very pleasant stay, all staff were helpful and polite. The room was big & comfortable, the balcony view was great.

Top Tip: The hotel dinner buffet-specials- was value for money & highly recommended.
Stay on 4th floor and above for a better view.
