  • Friendly staff, they speak Italian. American Breakfast, very beautiful place. The only flaw, but I think this is a problem of all the hotels in the area, several children who were casino. But if you love the nightlife is the ideal place, considering that a 10-minute walk will get you to the premises, without having to wait for the buses that go every 30 minutes. Auto translated

  • I spent the last two nights and it is a nice, fairly clean and the staff is friendly. The wi-fi works great especially from the lobby. is a place I would recommend especially after spending a month at Dean Hamlet (terrible place). Too bad he had discovered the St. Julian's bay too late. Auto translated

Clean and tidy hotel, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good value for money. Would go back again and stay at The Julian Bay Hotel.

Top Tip: Swimming in the harbour.

Great location but we were promised a cot for our baby girl. When we questioned them at reception they told us they were doing their best to get us one. One cot in the entire hotel......ridiculous! We stayed 3 nights and didn't see a cot.

Hotel is near the sea but no beach. Accommodation is basic, staff are very friendly and helpful. everyone speaks good English. Rooms are clean. There's free wifi. I had no remote for air con and they couldn't provide one. TV has four channels. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance. On the main bus route. Worth paying extra for a sea view. Breakfast is €5 if not booked in advance.

Check-in date:

The room is OK for a 3-star, close to seafront and convenient to go about. it's value for the money, although we saw a couple of croakroaches, but I've seen reviews of a 4-star hotel claiming to have seen croakroach in the hotel spa. I gave it a 'good' as the front desk staff were really courteous and helpful.

Top Tip: When going to the airport, it's better not to take X2 as there are only 2 in an hour, one breaks down, you have to wait 30 minutes more. Instead, take 12,13,14 or15 to valleta, which come every a few minutes, then take X4 to the airport, which runs every 12 minutes.

Check-in date:

This was a very basic hotel. The rooms were adequate and clean. The lift is totally inadequate, and there were no lounge or bar facilities. No down stairs toilets. For a short stay 2-3 days it is fine, but if I were on a weeks holiday I would have been dissapointed.

Top Tip: Pauls Sea Breeze Bar
