Check-in date:

Just arrived back from staying at Eden aqua park for 2nights.we thoroughly enjoyed it, the room was really spacious and had a lovely pool view, the facilities were great but peaceful it is not there are lots of children and load music and activities all day, but we have a little boy and it was perfect for us.
Food was great , such a good selection and lots f it, unlimited drinks a real bonus.
Only criticism is that front of house staff -the men are quite arrogant and can be quite ignorant but the ladies on the desk were lovely.
Will return.

Check-in date:

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, rooms were really big as were on the ground floor we had a nice patio to sit out on in the evening. We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived although our room wasn't ready we were able to go and have drinks and lunch whilst we waited for our room to be available. Food was generally good and there was a wide choice although I have been to better all inclusive hotels with much more choice. Entertainment was quite poor and we left after 10 minutes. Lovely views looking at the Atlas mountains from the pool area where it was easy to find a sun bed.

Top Tip: Book your shuttle bus into Marrakesh early as the shuttle get booked up. Experience Marrakesh in the day and the evening it is very different. A room with a view of the Atlas mountains is nice if available.

Top Tip: Make use of the shuttle bus but you need to book in advance. We paid for the hamaman and water park which was a bit of a waste as we never used them.

Unsatisfactory
Sajid from Burton-on-trent

Check-in date:

Overall I was sadly disappointed with the hotel. It does have a couple good points and several bad ones:
Good :
• Excellent restaurant
• Restaurant staff very friendly and polite
• Good frequent bus service to the centre (though it must be booked early)
• Clean and spacious rooms but no 5 star 3.75 at best
• Free broadband service in the lobby
• Good sized outdoor pools (when its warm)

Poor:
• Outdoor heated pool was cold (not as promised 26 degrees hence it was never used)
• Indoor pool was not available to children so children were bored on the 2nd day as there was nothing for them to do.
• Kids club had no real working equipment, badminton rackets broken, no balls, soft dartboard without darts, Swing broken, kids played with colouring and crayons that’s all but the lady was extremely kind and supportive.
• "FORBIDDEN for rooms to have a kettle". no tea / coffee , fizzy drinks or water provided in rooms. I did not see any point in having a fridge or a coffee table out on the porch. These was never used. No iron provided as it’s a "charged ironing service" but again we insisted and got it the next day for an hour. Teas / coffees to the room are charged.

WORST OF ALL WERE THE BAR STAFF WHOM COMPLETELY SPOILT THE HOLIDAY FOR US. WE HAD AN ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE FOR OUR FAMILY. WHEN WE ASKED FOR MILK FOR OUR BABY WE WERE TOLD BY YUSUF “THE MILK WAS ONLY FOR TEAS AND COFFEES AND THEY DID NOT REALLY PROVIDE MILK FOR BABYS. ALTHOUGH WE DID GET MILK THAT DAY THERE AFTER WE FELT AWKWARD ASKING AGAIN SO WE WOULD SHUTTLE THE BUS TO THE CENTRE AND GET MILK STOCKS.

BOTH BAR STAFF (SALAH AND YUSUF) ARE EITHER OVER WORKED OR UNDER PAID. THEY WERE UNPOLITE AND OUR ENCOUNTER PREVIOUSLY DID NOT GO DOWN TOO WELL. MY WIFE AND MYSELF FELT AWKWARD ASKING FOR DRINKS. THE TEAS WERE MOSTLY LUKE WARM. ASKING FOR HOT WATER FOR OUR TEA WAS ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH THESE TWO.

Glad to be home

Top Tip: Get to the restaurant at the start and you will get good hot food. goo variety.
