The entertainment team made our holiday. Everyone was so friendly and there was always something going on around the pool and the shows at night. Only bad point is that the hotel isn't near anything. The hotel provide a shuttle bus to the old town but it fills up quickly so booking in advance is a must!

Great hotel, clean and tidy. We only had 4 days there but the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was really good with lots of choice- I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat fish and I didn't struggle to find something nice every meal. There is a free shuttle bus provided by the hotel into Marrakech which is only 10 minutes away (you need to book the bus at reception). There is entertainment through the day involving darts, archery, belly dancing but don't this is to be taken in a light hearted manner! The evening shows were so bad they were good!! Very funny!

Breakfast is a buffet with hot and cold options including omelettes, pancakes, cold meats, cheese, fruit, yogurt and more. Lunch is salads, hot food, and stir fry or a hot kebab type wrap with your choice of filling which was very popular. There is an afternoon snack before dinner of pizza, panninis or pastries. Dinner is hot tagine dishes, salads, chips, rice, all sorts really. Deserts are nice with pastries, cakes and tarts.

I would go back to this hotel, it has a Spa and a basic gym (gym with Technogym equipment was £8 roughly a session though!) the Spa is slightly over priced but no more than you'd pay in the UK and very nice. Only 10 minutes from the airport and Taxis are easy to get hold of.

Lovely hotel, very clean, rooms very nice and big but not all have balconies. Staff very friendly. Pool area again lovely. Gym very expensive, should be included. Food reasonable but never wow and the same every day. No ice cream available not a deal breaker just unusual. The hotel is miles from anywhere not a problem for us but they do have a free bus into Marrakech, which is handy. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
Top Tip: The pool with the slides was very quiet at this time of year and we often had it to ourselves.

Good value accommodation and food, massively let down by some rude staff and petty rules. If something is broken or out of use, don't expect it to be fixed. Most obvious issues were no bottles of water allowed from the bar, small cups only, even though the water machines around the pool are broken or empty. No water in rooms, but you can pay for room service even if you are all inclusive. Fridge in room broken, ATM broken, only one room key between four adults, pool towels very small and poor quality.
Plus sides were the dining room manager, very helpful and friendly as were the bar staff in the non AI bars, food to a good standard. Pools clean
