  • Good points:Stunning interiors. Very happy with suite. Found the hotel immaculate. Bad points: If you are an English visitor you get no special treatment here - this is for Moroccans and French! Many a time spent queuing for drinks the french tourists would get theirs before me even though they were behind me in the queue!

Just 10 minutes from the Medina and Marrakech airport, facing the Atlas is the EDEN ANDALOU.

The 236 suites spread over six riads, surround beautiful flowered patios.

Carved stucco Domes, zellij, white marble and Bohemian crystal dominate the 2 lounges: the Oriental and the Andalusian.

In the center of the hotel, is an Andalusian Esplanade facing the gardens and two pools. The Majorelle pool is 25 m long, the white pool 35 m long bordered by its beach in teak wood.

The Atlas Peaks are facing you. Many bars and restaurants surround the Esplanade: The Fez, La Toque, the Italian restaurant. Le Panoramic restaurant facing the Atlas Mountains on the first floor and Le Mimosa open alternately. Le Bougainvillier is a bar for All Inclusive guests and The Jazz Bar is in extra and for those who want to do more fun.

Our suites are suitable for families, offering a parents’ space, a separate alcove for children offering up to 3 beds. They offer spacious bathrooms (including 150 suites with an additional shower cabin), double sink, bidet, washbasin and separate toilet.

Each suite is air conditioned and heated. It also includes direct telephone, satellite TV in several languages, 32-inch plasma TV, desk, minibar, safe and free WIFI.

A complete SPA & fitness is also available.

The Aquapark is a delight for children and adults. The era also has a petanque track, a jogging track and a Volleyball field.

The Younger ones (4 to 12 years old) have the Kids Club during school holidays. A babysitting service is available on request with an additional charge.

An animation team puts all its energy to make your stay pleasant and answer all your questions and offer you a show every night.

An information desk offers safe and guaranteed excursions at the best value for money.

EDEN ANDALOU also offers 5 conference rooms with a capacity of 1,500 people.

EDEN ANDALOU offers free shuttles to the Medina (Jamaa el Fna) and back, available every hour until 20:30.

None of the pools are heated - there is a fantastic Olympic sized swimming pool with 4 people in it! I was so disappointed by this.

Other than that we had a lovely holiday here

Top Tip: Don't have ice in your drinks

Food was great , such a good selection and lots f it, unlimited drinks a real bonus.
Only criticism is that front of house staff -the men are quite arrogant and can be quite ignorant but the ladies on the desk were lovely.
Will return.

pleasant, spacious and helpful but in the middle of nowhere if you wanted to go for a stroll ,therefore you are dependant on the shuttle or excursions.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel, rooms were really big as were on the ground floor we had a nice patio to sit out on in the evening. We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived although our room wasn't ready we were able to go and have drinks and lunch whilst we waited for our room to be available. Food was generally good and there was a wide choice although I have been to better all inclusive hotels with much more choice. Entertainment was quite poor and we left after 10 minutes. Lovely views looking at the Atlas mountains from the pool area where it was easy to find a sun bed.

Top Tip: Book your shuttle bus into Marrakesh early as the shuttle get booked up. Experience Marrakesh in the day and the evening it is very different. A room with a view of the Atlas mountains is nice if available.

Check-in date:

Room was fantastic and the food although different was great entertainment was a tad repetitive. But overall a great place for a short break. Staff were very friendly and could not do enough to help.

Top Tip: Make use of the shuttle bus but you need to book in advance. We paid for the hamaman and water park which was a bit of a waste as we never used them.
