The hotel is spotless. There are always people out and about cleaning.

All the staff are friendly and most spoke at least some English. Reception were excellent. I can't see why anyone would have any problems in being understood if they did not speak French or Arabic.

The rooms are large with 2 queen sized beds and nice large bathroom with bath & shower.

Sitting by a pool in the sunshine with a backdrop of snowy mountains is amazing - in February! It was lovely and hot.

And the water park is fantastic. There are plenty of flumes of varying sizes and scaryness! They are in groups of 4 and are put on in rotation. In a day, each group comes on at least once so you can go round them all.

There are a couple of reasons why I did not give 10 out of 10 -
The room I had was a garden view and overlooked the staff area. There was a noisy generator or something all night long. I could have asked to change rooms but I was only there for a few nights and after the first night, quite honestly, I could not be bothered.
The other reason is the food. The food is a good quality and there is plenty of it, but it is very repetitive. Every day at lunch & dinner, it was rice, chicken and another meat. And pizza & pasta. I have never eaten so much pizza! Even my son didn't want another pizza. We were only there a few days so it was fine. But if I had been there longer I think I would have needed to go else where for a change.

There are signs everywhere saying the pool is open 10 - 6 but this is not stuck to which is very annoying if you have children who have to wait an extra hour for the flumes to open, or who are told at 4.30 that the water park is closed. No warning is given about this. Opening & closing times appear to be based on whatever the staff feel like on any given day.

But even with these niggles, I would go back - and will go back. Overall, it was a great holiday and one that I really did not want to come to an end.

Very nice hotel with plenty to do there. Really good kids club and entertainment staff. The outdoor pools are numbingly cold tho!

Awful hotel- a child got electrocuted and we witnessed it, there was a love wire just lying on the flor near one of the pools, no hot water in our sink taps, central heating didn't work and room was freezing, plug sockets came out the wall exposing the wires when you unplugged things, no door on our hotel block- it was completely missing, only small shower head worked-large one wasn't even plumbed in, drains smelt awful, large holes filled with dirty water in indoor pool area, repetitive food, all in all a very unpleasant holiday experience and there is no way this hotel should be a 5 star, I certainly will not be recommending It to anyone!

The Hotel was a complex and there were four restaurants. Italian, Morrocan, Asian and Mediterranean. All delivered excellent food but did not have a very big choice. Rooms were spacious, clean with good daily service. Linen clean changed once in 5 days. Towels daily.

The grounds of the hotel excellent, the gardens were tended continually. There were several swimming pools and an adequate number of sun beds and cabanas. The problem being that the pools werenot heated and were iced cold, courage was needed to take the plunge (which I must add the six of us did!!!)
We did actually find out that there was a heated pool but presume it was in the Spa. We weren't given this sort of information by the reception staff, however weather was so hot that we probably wouldn't have wanted to be indoors for very long. There was plenty opportunity for yoga, excercise and dance classes, a putting green area. Several bar areas and a large upstairs entertainment room.

The Aqua park area was amazing, lots of slides and fabulous facilities for children with staff members watching on. Every thing seemed well cared for with water spouts everywhere!!
We did have almost one complete day without water which obviously was not good. Apparently a pump had broken leaving half of the complex with this problem. It was eventually righted without further ado.

The complex was not exceptionally busy at this time of year, but I can imagine it will be very busy during school holidays. In view of the weather experienced, it is an ideal spot to prepare one for the English weather to come!
The staff were eager to please with many speaking English. In view of the size of the complex I do think a plan of the grounds with any relevant information would be a good idea.

There were six of us, mature ladies, who would certainly think of visiting again.
Top Tip: There is a Shuttle bus which went two or three times a day to the busy Marrakech markets. This is an experience worth taking. Presume the bus will go more often in the high season.
We went on a tour of The Atlas Mountains which was amazing and very reasonably priced. We booked this on line from the UK. Another trip certainly worth doing.
