From the moment we arrived the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable and well maintained as were the other areas of the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
Even though we had a room at the back over looking the car park. It was very quiet and we weren't disturbed.
The hotel is ideally situated between the old and new town. A 15 minute downhill walk to the beach. At 4€ a day unlimited travel, the landtrain is a brilliant way of getting between the towns and there is a stop right outside the hotel.
And if it rains there is still plenty to do in and around the hotel. Jacuzzi and sauna (3€ per day) mini golf (3€) swimming and a delicious amazing value for money, cake shop next door.
“ Top Tip: Always had excellent service at Buddys in the old town square. Just sit with a coffee or drink and watch the world go by!

“ This is a great hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the restaurant so I can't rate that, we preferred to go out. Although we didn't look out on to the pool we were happy as our balcony was in the shade which we prefer. It's next door to a big supermarket which was very handy. It's location is good too as just a short walk downhill to the old town and a €3 taxi ride back. There is a McDonalds, KFC and nice cafe opposite too. It's about an hour from Faro which wasn't too bad either. Would recommend and go again,
“ Top Tip: See above.

“ A nice clean hotel. The pool was very cold. I wouldn't recommend for children as there are few facilities for them however ideal for couples looking for a quiet relaxing break.
“ Top Tip: The old town is only a 10 minute walk and well worth a visit with lots of lovely restaurants and bars

My wife and I were both very pleased with the Hotel. It is clean and well maintained and the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. As I have indicated above it is not particularly close to a beach but the tourist train stop is almost outside and this will take you close to several beaches.
The hotel is well placed to several supermarkets and a good selection of eateries. A good few of the latter are frequented by a mix of both tourists and locals so the food is good and reasonably priced. We loved it.
To eat I highly recommend both Cafe Garb and George (A grill restaurant) both of which are behind the Pingo Doce supermarket on the other side of the road from the Hotel.
Also if you want to have a drink with a view try Cafe Bizzarro which is to be found at the end of Fishermans Beach on the terrace above the beach lift. The view is wonderful as is the Sangria which the owner makes while you wait (its not from a box). The Lemon Tree which is at the other end of Fishermans, almost at the tourist train stop, is also worth a go for food, drinks and a view.

Staff very friendly and efficient- everyone especially the reception staff went out of their way to assist you.
The cleanliness was superb and the facilities on offer are very good and reasonable giving that you only pay £ 3.00 euros for the sauna and jacuzzi suite
The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with maids ensuring your room is cleaned daily.
This hotel works hard for its 4 stars and is suitable to all ages.
