Set in an ideal location, just 200 metres from the centre of Levante Beach, the Hotel Marina is a luxury 4 star property and one of the finest hotels in Benidorm. It is packed with high quality facilities that are designed to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. For active guests there is a well-equipped gym (additional charge applies) and a swimming pool. If you are looking to hold a business or social event at the hotel, then there is a conference room and facilities for up to 400 people.
Children are also well catered for with a separate children’s section of the pool and a children’s playground. In the evening guests can relax and enjoy the entertainment programme put on by the hotel staff which includes music and dance. Benidorm has lots to offer both during the day and at night. The beaches in the area are great for sunbathing and enjoying the wide range of water sports on offer.
You can also visit local water parks and theme parks such as Terra Mitica, which are a great day out for the whole family. At night there are a huge number of bars, restaurants and clubs for you to explore as well as shows and fairgrounds that guarantee that all tastes are catered for. The Hotel Marina provides luxurious accommodation in a great location and is a great destination for an unforgettable beach holiday in Benidorm.

“ We visited in February 2014. Its a lovely hotel and we were made to feel very welcome. Our room had a seaview, and the beach is only a minutes walk away. The hotel is situated right in the heart of it all. There were 4 of us, the kids were 15 and 6. They enjoyed it as much as we did. The food in the hotel was wonderful. All of the staff are really friendly especially Angela. We are already planning our next visit there.

works were in progress which were unfortunate as we could not relax there. We were compensated without asking. by given full board, free wine, and free water
Would go again without hesitation.
Pinnoccio's pizza restaurant was worth the visit.
Tikki bar? is very good for cheap drinks, music and fun

On arrival at our Hotel reception on Saturday 23rd November I presented our accommodation voucher. The male staff member was away a long time and then asked if we had any more documents. I told him that I had flight boarding cards and transfer booking confirmation but he said he was looking for more details on the hotel booking as he could not find us on their system. I told him that I all I have as that is all I was sent. It had the voucher reference number on and could not understand the problem. Someone else who travelled with us booked in without a problem. Our friends who booked there holiday at the same time on line with Travel Republic where at reception to meet us as they had arrived the previous Tuesday. After a lot of discussion my wife and I were told we would have to give the hotel 200 Euro's to have a room and then they would be able to follow the problem up with Travel Republic as it looked as though they had not made the booking with the hotel. We were assured we would get the money back once Travel Republic had confirmed that they had the payment from us. There was an English lady around the reception area who had a list in her hand of expected arrivals that day and we were not on her list either. We were only there for a 4 day break and the 200 Euro's was nearly all our spending money so it spoilt our weekend. Plus we had spent the first 2 hours of our holiday at the reception desk and in a pretty anxious mood.
I reported to reception around mid day on Monday as requested. The staff we had dealt with were not there but a lady member of staff was expecting us and gave us our money back. I had to ask for an explanation and she confirmed it was a mistake. I asked if travel republic were to blame and she said no it was their staff member the man who had dealt with me on the Saturday. The lady stamped our restaurant card and said you can have free drinks with your meals for the last 2 days as an apology. I already had a bottle of wine in the fridge which I had paid for on Sunday night but asked for a Fanta orange for my wife as she does not drink alcohol and I was given a water for her the waiter saying only wine and water are free.
Apart from this the hotel is immaculate and clean. The noisy music at night from local bars and clubs can disrupt your sleep and is on till around 6am but slightly quieter after 4am. The food was a good standard and the staff very friendly except for the first man we met at reception as he made us feel as though it was our fault he could not trace our booking. The Marina is very central and only 5 minutes from the beach.
“ Top Tip: Gary's simply the best bar is just opposite and only 1.5 Euros a pint. An excellent Chinese restaurant and very reasonable just about 300m along the road opposite the Western Saloon bar
