“ Food was not up to much but the hotel was decent for the price but it is a fair trek to the main area from hotel to furthest point would be close to 5 miles

“ Good hotel with good and bad points. Opposite over the road is a large supermarket and tabacco shop. Rooms and bathrooma are nice. Bus stop from side of hotel direct into Benidorm for €1.50. The bar men arent the friendliest, one of girls was lovely. Non all inclusive guests seem to get served first. Food was really nice and a wide choice. Theres so much space in reception lobby and with the retail units there, you could easily be in a shopping centre. Not a typical hotel feel to it. For a massive hotel, reception desk is tucked away...
“ Top Tip: Best views are in the tower floors 11 & above!

“ Just arrived back from a weeks stay at Gran hotel Bali. This is my second consecutive year in staying at this hotel. All in all its a lovely hotel with a very grand entrance we stayed on the 21st floor which had amazing views out over Benidorm itself. We stayed on an all inclusive basis which food and drink was good. However their is only one all inclusive bar and on more than one occasion guests paying for drinks take priority, on one occasion a member of the bar staff was clicking his fingers to me instead of asking for my all inclusive card which was rude but not an isolated incident. I used the spa for a day which was reasonable at €7 an hour. Again has good views whilst relaxing. Getting into Benidorm itself I caught the bus down which is €1.50 which is standard wherever you want to travel in the town and the bus stops right outside the hotel and drops you in the town after around a 30 minute bus journey. I also got a cab down into benidorm from the gran Bali which is much quicker and reasonably priced at €12. Walking into the town would take you around 45 minutes. I would stay at this hotel if your planning on staying in the hotel. Locally to the hotel their is very little. Overall a nice hotel but far out from Benidorm itself.

“ The food was average, quite a good selection of salads. Hot meals ok but repeated quite frequently. Breakfast had plenty of selection, hot and cold. The rooms were clean but the beds were very hard. Buses outside the hotel and taxis which were useful to have as a bit of a walk into main town. Although excellent walk along seafront, plenty of cafes etc.
“ Top Tip: Beach not far from hotel which was excellent. Very clean.
