“ Good hotel with good and bad points. Opposite over the road is a large supermarket and tabacco shop. Rooms and bathrooma are nice. Bus stop from side of hotel direct into Benidorm for €1.50. The bar men arent the friendliest, one of girls was lovely.7.8 Very Good

Just arrived back from a 3night stay at the gran hotel bali with my partner. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had great views of the pool and sea as we were on floor 34. It also has English TV in the room with bbc1 itv etc. the food was ok there was a good variety at breakfast and dinner as we were half board. The beach is a 5min walk from the hotel. The hotel is located in la cala just outside benidorm so it's not in all the hustle and bustle, about a 15min walk from old town but is a lovely walk along the coast. We found there wasn't many English people at the hotel but this didn't bother us. The new town is a 15min taxi (10euro) or bus(1.50euro) journey away and is well worth the visit as there is some great shops and fantastic night life. Along the beach front there is an English bar called 7palms serves lovely food, shows the football :) and is really cheap and cheerful.
Overall we had a fantastic break away and will definitely return in the future.
Only fault is that the lifts take awhile as there is 40+ floors but there is 6lifts.
“ Top Tip: 7palms English bar along the beach front. Great food, great prices, friendly staff and has sky sports!!

“ Top Tip: This is a very good hotel ,rooms are a good size ,we had a great beach view 33rd floor .could not fault the food plenty of choice .people always complain about entrainment being for the Spanish but you are in Spain not UK what do you expect . There are two rooms one more modern one more old time and line dancing . overall this is a great hotel .

“ Food was not up to much but the hotel was decent for the price but it is a fair trek to the main area from hotel to furthest point would be close to 5 miles

“ Good hotel with good and bad points. Opposite over the road is a large supermarket and tabacco shop. Rooms and bathrooma are nice. Bus stop from side of hotel direct into Benidorm for €1.50. The bar men arent the friendliest, one of girls was lovely. Non all inclusive guests seem to get served first. Food was really nice and a wide choice. Theres so much space in reception lobby and with the retail units there, you could easily be in a shopping centre. Not a typical hotel feel to it. For a massive hotel, reception desk is tucked away...
“ Top Tip: Best views are in the tower floors 11 & above!
