We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children and stayed for 4 nights 16th-20th Feb 2015. Cannot fault the room and 'off season' facilities. Comfortable sleep, excellent kitchen facilities, everything you need in the shop and the children loved the indoor pool and games room. Reception staff are polite and helpful. The complex is lovely and yes it is a walk up a hill, however it was good to walk off all the food we had eaten! Didn't go in the bar or restaurant only because we chose to venture out each night. Would recommend a stay here but maybe too far out for some people. We planned to walk everywhere and even got right over to the new town.
Top Tip: A walk onto the front and then turn right and a little walk up to 'Friends' restaurant. - good snack food there.
If you can get over to the new town, a small place called 'La Brasa' and amazing steakhouse. Out of this world mix grill!

Apartments were clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was good and the on site bar excellent value. The only downside is the distance to the new town.
Top Tip: We went to a great bar called the Coach and Horses on the sea front at the bottom of the big hill and turn left.

Used this hotel as a base for our winter Rock Climbing trip, lovely and clean rooms which were well maintained daily, a good selection of food at meal times with unlimited beer and wine on tap for the 2 hour sitting, really helpful staff and very friendly, a nice little indoor pool which was heated, would definitely stay again.
Top Tip: Free parking available around back of hotel
