Kempinski Hotel Bahia
Estepona, Costa Del Sol, Spain
“ The staff were excellent, attentive and very helpful when we needed them in a dispute with the car hire company. The rooms were great, comfortable with clean linen every day. Bottled water was provided each day with a candy. It's expensive, but we would come back for a longer holiday.9.0 Magnificent

“ Top Tip: It's a short walk eastwards to the lagoona beach complex where there are several restaurants and bars right on the beach. They are worth a visit.

“ The Entrance to The Kempinski Hotel is awesome and you instantly feel immersed in luxury and opulence. The Staff are very helpful and friendly. Excellent Pool area with surrounding gardens with a feel-good atmosphere, surrounded by the view of the Andalucian Mountains. Real wow-factor! There is a fish restaurant and an italian restaurant to eat at, so very limited choice, and they are not cheap, although very classy. This particular hotel caters for the wealthy and cannot be enjoyed on a budget. The Spa treatments are also over-priced and not necessarily any better than i have had elsewhere. The Pool snack Bar also has very limited food and under-staffed... The Buffet Breakfast area is lovely in the morning to enjoy. There are no shops near the hotel whatsoever not even a small grocery store, so you would need to take taxi's everywhere or hire a car. The hotel is on the beach but also on the motorway, so you cannot walk outside anywhere.... overall I am pleased that I enjoyed the Kempinski experience, but I personally need more shops and entertainment on my holiday. However, I would certainly recommend this hotel to experience the luxury of being well looked after.
“ Top Tip: The Laguna Beach is hidden away very close to the hotel, but you can only get there by walking along the beach. It is a haven of luxurious, boutique beachwear shops and some really economic and good restaurants - there is also an outside private pool that you can use if you pay.
