We stayed at this hotel 23 - 28 November. The hotel needs updating but is clean. The big problem was the food in the restaurant was not what you'd expect for a three star hotel. It was fish or chicken at night but not kept hot. Maybe it was because it was the end of the season!!! Big disapointment.
Top Tip: We found an Indian restaurant not far away on the beach which is very highly recommended, food was fabulous. also a bar further along the beach called Cheers, owned by English family, that is highly reccomended too.

Hotel was nice and clean but food certainly let this hotel down. Limited choice and mostly luke warm. Hence why there are microwaves dotted around.

Waiters don't seem to do anything apart from clear the tables, no knifes and forks laid out etc. Also no one to show you to a free table. There seemed to be people walking around with food trying to find an available table.

The help yourself to drinks was appealing on all inclusive but going through the "turnstiles" to do so was annoying. I would say if you were there at peak season, the queues would be long!

Lovely gardens and nice location a bonus. Entertainment was good on the nights we attended on our short break.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was big and everything was in good order. The staff were efficient and polite. On the downside, the food could have been better and the location was a bit out of the way of other amenaties.

Well situated, beautifully kept gardens, extremely well kept hotel. Good access to beach and bus and train stops into Fuengirola and Benelmadana etc. Food was good and any complaints about it is because people pay 3 star prices and want 5 star value. Extremely good holidiay for what we paid. Wonderful views from our room.. Would stay again. The only negative view is that the entertainment for 2 weeks is a tad boring but again good value for money. Would use the hotel again. All staff friendly.
Top Tip: Good transport facilities nearby and bars and shops.

The hotel was clean and pleasant and the staff went out of thier way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The entertainers were very keen and worked very hard but there were only two of them day and night. The food was not top resturant quality but it was plentiful, varied dishes every day and hot when it was meant to be. I am a fussy eater and I put on half a stone in a week. Needs a bit of work to bring it up to standard for disabled patrons, particularly if wheelchair bound (a couple of grab rails do not make a fully adapted room). They advertise snacks between meals as part of the all inclusive deal but all we could find was bread, ham and cheese (no icecream or crisps for the kids which would have gone down a treat)
As far as value for money, it would be hard to beat! All in all we had a great time.
