“ This hotel was very clean and excellent value for the price we paid, would go again in the future the staff where helpful and friendly.As for the beach i never went but i believe there was a lift to it just along the road if required. All in all nice place for few days in the sun if you are on a budget holiday i could always find something to eat at mealtimes so no complaints at all.7.6 Very Good

Hotel Cervantes is located in the shopping centre of Torremolinos, and has wonderful sea views. The hotel is just 800 m from the beach. It is only 7 km from the airport and 300 m from the local train station. The hotel offers its guests all the entertainment they are looking for, in one of the most genuinely attractive tourist and shopping areas that can be found on the Mediterranean coast.
This popular hotel was built in 1973 and completely renovated in 2008. It offers a total of 397 rooms spread over 9 floors of which 49 are singles and 348 are doubles. Various facilities are available to guests including a vast foyer with lifts, a TV room, a souvenir shop, a hairdressers salon and Internet access. There is also a café and an air-conditioned restaurant on offer. Room and laundry services are at guests disposal.
All rooms have an en suite bathroom and come equipped with lounge. They are also equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a hi-fi stereo system, Internet access, air conditioning, central heating, balcony or terrace and a safe. Guests may select their breakfast, lunch and evening meal from an ample buffet.
All Inclusive Service conditions: The front desk offers our customers an identity bracelet valid from 12:00 am on arrival day to 12:00 am on departure day. It is not allowed to invite other customers and it is forbidden to serve alcohol to guests under 18. The hotel offers a variety of drinks included on the ALL INCLUSIVE program. You can order a maximum of two drinks per person every time.
All the guests with the All inclusive bracelet have at their disposal the following services:
Breakfast: from 07:00 to 10:00 am.
Lunch: from 01:00 to 03:00 pm.
Dinner: from 07:00 to 10:00 pm.
All these services are buffet and you have an assortment of drinks included water, soft drinks, wine, beer.
SNACK SERVICE in Bar Hall:
Continental Breakfast: from 11:00am to 01:00pm coffee, infusions, pastries, cookies.
Snack: from 03:30pm to 05:00pm salads, hot snack, fruit, yoghourts.
Drinks: from 11:00am to 11:00pm drinks included on the AI program.
Ice creams and cakes: from 05:00pm to 06:00pm.
Snack: from 10:00pm to 11:00 pm Sandwiches and pastries.
YOU MUST WEAR YOUR ALL INCLUSIVE BRACELET AT ALL TIMES ALL YOUR STAY LONG.
Now available: A new space with a tent in the garden to offer different massages and body treatments, with different rates according to the treatment (service available the whole summer season); 5 new fitness machines in a special area opposite the indoor swimming pool; refurbishment of the sauna free of charge available from 10 am to 2 pm and from 3 to 8 pm.

“ If you like your food to be served at a temperature greater than luke warm, AVOID!!!
The crocodile park was a great morning out and pretty good value.
If you are going to stay in the hotel get the train for 1.75 euro's instead of 20 euros for a taxi..... it is a 1 minute walk to the hotel from the station

We were disappointed with the hotel in many respects.
1. The food was of a limited variety, of poor quality.
2. Queing for the dining room.
3. Bed linen was poor standard. It was removed and not replaced.
4. Out going journey required a payment of £50 for my case.
5. No entertainment for guests, which was poor considering the hotel was full.
1. More variety of food.
2. Cost of drinks should be reduced in dining room.
3. Food stations need re arranging, it was like being on a treasure hunt.
4. Entertainment should be provided for guests.
