The hotel was great - staff very friendly - nice facilities

We did have a problem at check-in - where the Travel Republic Booking had not been confirmed on the hotel systems. The hotel staff were excellent in resolving the situation with several glasses of Champagne and a room upgrade !
Top Tip: Nice restaurants inside the hotel - and plenty others in nearby town - 10 mins walk on Promenade

Lovely hotel with fantastic staff. Unfortunately the area didn't appeal to me there was nothing pretty or charming about this location, completely my fault I should have researched more thoroughly! Shame as hotel was really nice.

we went to this hotel 28th jan 2015 for 2 weeks, the hotel was stunning staff amazing food great .. there the good things end, as my husband and I are over 55 yrs (we thought) that being a 5* Sheraton hotel it would be mostly adults :wrong: there was so many kids from babes in arms to 12 ,13 year olds it was like being in a school every day and meal times became silly with crying toddlers who didn't want to eat there evening meal to little ones running round, don't get me wrong we have grandchildren and 14 nieces and nephews and also 3 of our own kids now grown so we know about family holidays and how kids can behave, its just not what we expected .. we did talk with the manager and rita (customer relations) to say the hotel is so beautiful it should really be made into an adults only (in my view why wouldn't you want a family hotel with lots going on for children if you have them) .. not to impressed with caleta either or Fuerteventura in fact bleak bland and the shops that are there are not what I expected either nothing pretty or endearing about this island at all ... will not be returning ..
