“ We had a great 10 days here. The location was very good, just a 5-10 minute stroll to the beautiful beach, similar to the bars and restaurants. The pool area and gardens were very well maintained. The apartment itself was fairly basic but good value for money. We would certainly be happy to stay here again.7.6 Very Good

“ Great hotel, few bad points but nothing to spoil my holiday. There was always a bad smell in the morning coming from the bathroom, not just mine other rooms. The food was good but after a few days gets a bit boring. The entertainment was awesome in the evenings but average in the afternoon due to restrictions. The staff from reception, bar and entertainment team where very friendly and very helpful. Oh and one more bad point washing machine was broke
“ Top Tip: Two great restaurants el toro. Best t-bone and mix grill ive ever had, just make sure you order your t-bone well well done. Next was my favourite. 5th avenue. Wow was that good. Coca cola chicken sounds so wrong but was so good. The restaurant is that good it is never advertised its word of mouth. Sits approx 25ppl. So if a large group you need to book in advance.

The accommodation was reasonably well designed but pretty run down. It was dark and fairly dangerous to get to at night, as the lighting was very poor. The complex had evidently been a time share resort and people were being dragged in off the street to sell some sort of membership system, but frankly the quality was not such as would have encouraged any purchase. The limited restaurant and bar service was uninspiring. There was on-going maintenance while we were there, for example the patching and painting of stairwells and corridors, but given the small numbers of people there it was inconsiderate to do this around occupied rooms, and noisy.
We asked for a double bed but got twin beds pushed together, amazingly uncomfortable at first until we realised they had plastic covers on the mattresses which we removed.
“ Top Tip: Boardriders Bar in Campanario center next to the Hotel is great. Friendly and super food.
