On entering reception we were greeted by a smiling pleasant young lady who checked us in and took us to our apartment, it was lovely, big, comfortable and well equipped, we had two balconies, one which got the morning sun and the other got the afternoon sun. We had nice views over the grounds and pools. The grounds were kept immaculate and the staff were all very pleasant. We ate most evenings in the buffet restaurant as my husband was able to find something he enjoyed as there was plenty of choice, we thought it was very good value for money.

This is a low rise hotel that is beautifully landscaped.Fortunately we had read the comments about requesting a room facing the sun and also a quiet room. Pool temperature did not tempt us into the water and not many others seemed to be tempted either. The staff are very friendly and helpful but they are all worked very hard - one person serving in the pool bar at lunchtime for example not optimal. We were disappointed that the other bar was not open most of the time and also we were unable to get fresh orange juice in the pool bar because `the machine was broken'. Cleaning is done 5 times a week and if the cleaner forgets to clean your bathroom you might go three days without a full clean as happened to us. We did point out this shortcoming to management in time for them to rectify it but they didn't and later all they could say was `sorry'. Also one small thing - take your own hand soap. The hotel supplies shampoo and shower gel but not soap. The replenishment of these stocks is a bit haphazard but as we had taken our own we didn't chase them up.
Top Tip: The resort of Coralejo has few enticements but take a boat trip to Lobos for lunch at the restaurant open 1300-1500 book on arrival (or I guess beforehand in high season). There are only two dishes - fish or paellla. But absolutely worthwhile and the setting cannot be faulted.

Found the hotel a little out of the centre, we had a poor room tucked away in a corner which got no sunlight throughout the day. Heated pool very cool and not used due to bad weather. Maids came twice in the week we were there. Grounds very well kept. Self catering so can't comment on food, but restaurant was never busy which may be an indicator. Personally wouldn't stay here again ...found receptionists unhelpful, apartment dingy and I'll equipped...look elsewhere.
Top Tip: The galleon pub was close by with live sports, reasonably priced drinks and very attentive bar staff. Ate at the ugly duckling whilst there, was brilliant.

Nice hotel but entertainment was very poor. Stayed all inclusive food was good but canteen style dinning wasn't for us, noisy and over crowded. We stayed in February unfortunately most of the resort attractions including the aqua park were closed.
Top Tip: The harbour is well worth a visit great traditional restaurants and bars.

Excellent hotel, staff are always happy to help, always smiling, hotel is very clean and tidy, it's more suited to families however a couple looking to relax and have a quiet holiday could quite easily stay here too.
For a 3 star hotel it is very good in respect of price and quality/selection of food available at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Well worth a visit, I've been here twice now and will be returning for a third time next year
Top Tip: If you don't make breakfast at the hotel head to An Chaisteal, it's excellent and prices are fair
