Nice hotel, with exceptionally clean rooms and mostly friendly and helpful staff (Pepi on reception was the exception!). However, it's not in a goood location, quite a distance from the sea and at the top of a steep hill. The heated outdoor pool was lovely but the main pool and jacuzzi were freezing. There were not enough sunbeds and they are very close together. Nobody enforced the 'no towels to reserve beds' rule resulting in reserved beds with no sign of anyone using them for most of the day! There is no bar inside hotel, only a pool bar, even on cold evenings, or the disco bar (if you like very noisy, screaming children!) The food was disappointing, not much choice, mainly pork, and very repetitive. The restaurant was more like a cattle market but I think that is true of most all inclusive hotels. The animation team worked very hard, if you like that sort of thing. We were very lucky with the weather so enjoyed our holidaybut probably wouldn't choose an all inclusive holiday again. The hotel security was also suspect and we did notice some youths being escorted out by local police.

Overall not a bad hotel, clean but not a big variation of food for the evening meals but mainly not enough food for the kids unless they like chips.
The kids play area at the back of block C was a nice little area for them.
Also for families with kids not able to get soft drinks before 8am of for the adults not able to get a hot drink as most people no that kids will wake up before the restaurant open for service.
Also the mad rush for the sun beds is a joke even though it states no reserving them if your there after 815 am forget it
Top Tip: About 4 euros away is the Aqua park if you book on line in advance its a great day out

We were impressed by the quality and variety of food available. The rooms were clean and all the staff friendly. We only stayed a few days and enjoyed our time there.
Top Tip: If you take the hotel bus to the beach, be prepared for a long walk across the sands if you want to get to the public loos (by the yellow flag). They were charging 50cents so take your change with you. Well worth a trip to the beach if you don't mind sand.
