“ The hotel is really good for all ages, including young children.Entertainment is good, food is fine. Though they charge 6 Euros as wifi charges for 24 hours, the connection is really bad anywhere in the hotel. Apart from that it's a good hotel in general.8.5 Excellent

“ Nice enough hotel for a cheap & cheerful holiday. Food not fantastic, but enough to live on for a week.

Great hotel resort ideal for young families!
Pro's - everything you need on site including entertainment and shops, good sized rooms, nice friendly reception staff, waterpark is a massive bonus, animation staff are great, beach is very close, lovely views from hotel balcony
Con's - Sand on beach is black which is not for everyone, 2 euros for sunbed at waterpark which can add up for a 14 day holiday, snacks at bar to a poor standard, not ideal resort for people who like to venture out as nearest town is only accessible by bus or taxi due to high cliffs
All in all I would recommend this hotel/resort and say it is good value for money, we paid £1100 for 10 days for four of us which works out as approx £27 per person per night which is fantastic value for all inclusive and use of water park!
My top tip is if you have young kids and are likely to spend time in the hotel pool then ask for a room on Floor one.
Also Mogan is the next town and is only 6 euros in a taxi or 1.40 euros each on a bus and it is a MUST see day out, ask your hotel to prepare you a picnic dinner (must tell them before 8pm previous day) and take a day out to Mogan which is a lovely unspoilt town with a lovely beach.

Great hotel in purpose built location.
Away from the town but for an all inclusive resort it serves the purpose very well.
General standards are very good, Food is suitable for all tastes and its unlikely you will find yourself hungry!
Day time pool snacks are limited to burgers / toastie & hot dogs but restaurant has wide selection at lunch time if you can drag yourself away from the pool.
Evening entertainment is ok and provides a closure to each day.....All inclusive ends at 23:00pm so most people are in bed shortly after......don't expect a lively atmosphere into the small hours!
Water park is just outside (salt water). Sun beds are priced at 2 euros per day.
Beach is a 2 minute stroll, Sheltered cove with rocky boarders. Mainly black sand.
Overall we would recommend the resort and hotel especially for families. Good value for money.
Booking a private shuttle bus from the airport to the resort places you in front of the check in before it gets busy with all the tour company guests. Well worth the money.
Private transfer for a family upto 6 people is less than 100 euros return.
