The hotel is great for kids as there is much to keep them entertained all day
The photos of the hotel are a little misleading in that the hotel has only a small pool and the large pools are from the water park, the problem with this is that if you want a drink then there is a long walk back to the bar.
But be aware when you get to the bar don't expect to find much alcohol in your drinks if that's what you ordered,as we asked for a whiskey and coke and a vodka and coke and we could not tell the difference between them, but we were sure that they tasted nothing like you should of expected.
If you want a beer, that in all fairness tasted like beer, but you would have to drink it in a glass that you would need about six of them to make a pint of beer.
The food was boring and some from lunch delivered again at dinner. The chef liked to cook the food burnt,so all the meat came burnt and he would even burn the eggs for you,got fed up eating burnt food, the hot food was cold by the time you got to eat it.crusty rolls were nice though.
There is car parking if you can park at the back of the hotel if not then its 5 euros a day in the underground car park or a 200-300 yard walk back to the roundabout where there is a free parking area.
The hotel internet computers are 1 euro for 15 minutes but with the ridiculously slow connection it was a waste of time and money, though the reception did give me my money back.
If you want to enjoy the lovely location in peace and quiet then forget it,the hotel music is in competition with the water park and so its a barrage of noise for most of the day.

Its a great hotelfor families, very children friendly, there is entertainment in the evening and miniclub during the day. There is a small kids pool in the hotel and beautiful, big waterpark just outside, for which entrance is included in all inclusive.
The waterpark is great, lots of space, many different slides and little pool with pirate ship for kids.
Also the beach is just 100m away from the hotel so everything is really close.
We had great weather, the temperature was just above 20, but it was sunny whole week and felt like proper summer. We have been swimming in the sea and the pools every day.
The food in hotel is not amazing but ok, good range so there is always something to chose from.
Nice sangra and coctails in the bar - included in all inclusive.
All in allgreat choice for March sun escape with kids.

Staff very helpful and courteous. Food satisfactory but became monotonous towards the end of the week. close to beach. Good access for people with less mobility. Away from any nightlife or entertainment other than that provided in the hotel

Overall I wasn't impressed. For an all inclusive holiday there were a lot of potential extras. You have to pay for pool towels, room kettle and mattresses at water park. There are plenty of sun loungers, but towel brigade get out early to bag all loungers near pool. The food was monotonous and tasteless, even my 8 yr old thought the hot dogs were like plastic and he doesn't do flavour! By mid week I was wondering round the buffet like a zombi trying to find some inspiration to eat. The resort is very small, so no where else to go. Entertainment ok, but if you don't want it, there's no escaping it - don't try an early night as it can be clearly heard in rooms!
