WE recently stayed for 10 days. When we arrived the rear lifts (near our room) were out of order. WE kept being told they were waiting for parts from the mainland, but they never arrived in our 10 days. Hence my disabled husband had to climb down and up 4 flights of stairs each time to the restaurant. The lifts at the front would still have meant a long walk to the dining room so we were extremely disappointed with the layout of the hotel. There seemed to be steps everywhere you went even up to the sunbathing terrace and no access for wheelchairs.
Also the entertainment was very poor compared to the excellent Barcello Thalasso + Spa hotel on Fuerteventura where we stayed last year. The noise from the openair 'theatre' went on every night til 10.30 and you could not sit with a quiet drink on your balcony without being invaded by the noise. I would not recommend the hotel for those reasons.
Top Tip: We only ate in the hotel but I would recommend a trip round the Island, and another we went on through the centre of the Island - over the mountains. VERY pretty.

Top Tip: Found a great resturant called Chaperal 200yards from hotel, a 2 course meal and 2 drinks cost 22 euros

Mistake to mix all inclusive and other clients.
Restaurant dinner times need organizing. Ten minute wait for table at 9pm
Bar beside restaurant not open for pre dinner drinks. They are losing money apart from not providing a good service
I was ticked off for carrying a glass of wine from the pool bar in to the restaurant - very embarrassing and not necessary.
Top Tip: Cheap drinks and good home made food at the Chaparral Centre nearby- Windmill Bar and Britannia Restaurant.
Hire a bike and cycle to Meloneras Beach which is very quiet and sheltered from the usual wind from the north east. Good bike lanes through Maspalomas
