Hotel was in a good location and the food was also very good with plenty of chose to suit all tastes.
Top Tip: It is a good idea to hire a car to see more of this island.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great, I particularly liked the 25m indoor swimming pool, gym and spinning classes.
The restaurant food is superb. At every mealtime there was always a vast array of well cooked and well presented food. Each evening there was a culinary themed evening every night of our stay.

The only downside is that it is a 25min walk to the centre of the resort, although that did not prove to be problematic for me, it may be for some.

On the whole really enjoyed my stay there and will be returning shortly
Top Tip: Make use of the public transport, as it is great value. and you can travel all over the island for a few euro.
Also take the opportunity to go to the Sunday market by using a local bus company "last minute" and details are available from reception.

I had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was great. The only annoying proem is with weak wifi and not be able to get it in the room. Actually be able to for extra money which is fine, but then I would work only on one device. Even tho it's very family friendly I quite like the fact, that there were not children at all. I could relax by the pool more.

The above are very general - location is a few minutes walk from the beach across a dual carriageway outside hotel (! not particularly busy) and another road - the nearest beach is quite rocky with only a short strand - supermarket a little walk which is important for bottled water, given you won't want to be consuming desalinated from the taps - so may be a bit isolated for those with mobility difficulties. No children much to speak of there, but this was not school holiday time and there are a few activities for younger children around the pool areas. Staff very helpful, hotel very clean, extremely spacious apartments with some extras (eg, a massage chair in lounge) and various options on shower, plus a kitchenette and fridge I wasn't expecting - and a huge balcony. Not particularly noisy despite the aforesaid dual carriageway and beds very comfortable. Food is buffet style but always something for everyone other than the most picky eaters and some dishes cooked to order such as fish. Very good overall. You do have to pay for the use of the 25m swimming pool (3 Euros) and spa. Free Wi-Fi is slow and limited and only available in reception - unless you pay for it - seems to be a constant issue with travellers.
Top Tip: A bit out of the 'centre' of Costa Teguise which is somewhat manufactured as a holiday destination and lacking some aspects of a traditional town - if you are anything of a walker this will not be a problem - however Restaurant Toledo along the seafront, around 20 minutes walk from hotel, is a good bed for daytime snacks or a meal in the evening.
