“ The hotel was very friendly and relaxed. Most guests are very active (cyclists / triathletes) or slightly older than us (we are late 30s). This meant that the hotel in the day is quiet and peaceful.8.4 Great

“ Well presented rooms with efficient and pleasant staff. Buffet meals varied, tasty and plentiful - although it was a challenge to make ourselves a decent pot of tea at breakfast times! Use of the indoor pool, spa and gym attracted an addition cost for each. The coastal promenade was a brisk 5 minute walk away.
“ Top Tip: Always worth finding one of the many walled seating areas along the coastal path or protection from the wind.

“ The hotel was very friendly and relaxed. Most guests are very active (cyclists / triathletes) or slightly older than us (we are late 30s). This meant that the hotel in the day is quiet and peaceful. The restaurant offered a good buffet ranging from salad, breads, hot food and a freshly cooked grill option. Healthy and wide choice available at all meal times. The rooms were spacious (we were upgraded in our arrival) and have good sized balconies.
The promenade is only a 5-10 minute walk away and takes you past all the beaches and restaurant / bar areas.
The bus stop is near by (ask at reception). This takes you to Arricefe (daily) and also Teguise (only on a Sunday). Good easy to use buse service.

“ Dreadful!!! Nice if you like living in a rabbit warren with no view and you don't mind not being able to open your curtains for everyone looking in and having two single beds pushed together to make a double bed, just what you want when you book some time away with your partner! No privacy even on the so called terrace, concrete jungle and again over looked and no light. Didn't even stay the night it was so depressing and moved to a proper 5* hotel across the other end of the island, right next to the sea with beautiful views! If this was in England it would be a 2/3* hotel so don't let the star system sway you. The guy on reception was so lovely though and their only redeeming feature, although he was so overworked and the only person dealing with guests on reception so expect to be patient and wait.
“ Top Tip: Didn't stay long enough, was in and out within two hours!

The hotel was ok - but not as good as other 4* hotels. I am not convinced we had a junior suite as there were no sunbeds on the balcony - just a table the same as all the others. I did query this and we were told that we had the room we paid for. The food was great on the first night - but then it did go downhill a bit. It is best to have the food cooked on the grill as then you know it is going to be hot.
The spa and wellness centre was an extra charge - this was not a problem - but we only used it once as some of the facilities were not working - steam room - special showers and we found it a bit too cool in there.
“ Top Tip: Go into the town where there is some typical Spanish tourist nightlife. All the staff were friendly in the hotel and it was clean.
Clare from London
Clean and nice big airy apartment with large south-facing balcony. Not very comfortable mattress (twin beds) with annoying dip in the middle.
Food plentiful not the best - mostly not Spanish food. It's a shame they have tried to cater for German and British tastes and just got it not quite right.
Really friendly staff.
Good facilities, (but in the spa the steam rooms were not working and they weren't sure how long it would take to get them fixed, not before I left anyway)
“ Top Tip: Use the wellness centre facilities, they're really good with friendly staff.
