“ This was a great hotel - amazing views down the coast of Lanzarote, excellent staff and standard of accommodation (serviced impeccably), a remarkable choice of food of a very high standard (the pastry chef deserves an award), and all the facilities you expect of a 4* hotel. The only things I didn't like were the noise from the exercise classes run once or twice a day (really loud and audible from a lot of rooms and common areas) and the piped music in the reception areas and lounges. I guess this is a sign of advancing middle age, but I imagine a lot of older people might not like this either (there were some staying, but families with young children were the majority), which is why I'm not sure the hotel is suitable for older people. Puerto Calero is a very nice resort, too (way nicer than nearby Puerto del Carmen).

“ very well looked after although fair to say the hotel is "ageing gracefully" - we stayed at the Hesperia last year and we prefer Costa Colero, breakfast very good, we ate out all other meals
“ Top Tip: You will not be short of good eateries down at the marina, La Portena, Cafe Milla and Azure to name a few and you have to go the the Casa Blanca Chill out Bar at least once, would we go back, we sure would

“ Idid not go for all inclusive- but it would have been a good deal. The hotel was very generous in its service and in its drink. The hotel is very beautiful and its paintings were really stunning and sophisticated. Drinks were expensive if half board. Perhaps tea and coffee could have been thrown in.
“ Top Tip: The harbour was a good surprise
