“ A very attractive hotel, if situated some distance from the promenade beaches and restaurants. Live music of very good quality every night until 2330hrs which reverberated throughout the hotel's extremely large atrium.8.0 Great

“ Hotel is a bit tired and dated, but everything is clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned every day, always someone around the pools, cleaning etc. food a bit so so, as are pretty much every All Inclusives, but never went hungry! Staff great, very friendly and always pleased to help. Loads of sunbeds available, by the pool or tucked away in a quiet sun trap. Nice heated pool... The others are freezing! Evening Entertainment is dire to say the least! But after a few drinkies you don't mind too much.
“ Top Tip: Even though we were all inclusive we popped into Costa Teguise for dinner a couple of times.

The Hotel itself was beautiful and clean. The overall presentation was great too. The maid service was great vwery efficient, food was fine.
The only downside I felt was the attitude of some of the staff. I always stay in 4 and 5 star hotels, but never all inclusive - this was my first experience.
I felt like we were treated differently to how I am usually treated, because we are all inclusive. The bar staff were moody and at times rude to my friends when we were ordering drinks and never smiled. Some of the restaurant staff were also rude about the fact we put our dirty plates on other tables - had they have cleared more efficiently this would not have been necessary.
Overall we had the most fabulous stay, but my advice to the hotel would be if you do not want people to come all inclusive, do not offer the packages!! The behavious of the staff is not conducive with usual 5 star attention and attitude. That part was disappointing, but all else was great.
“ Top Tip: The Britannia Bar down by the beach was a great place to eat lunch and a real sun trap. When the wind was blowing up at the hotel, it was a real sun trap down there. Also lovely little shops and we made many purchases!

This was our second stay in a couple of years - standards have slipped
Buffet food although plentiful was not as good as on previous stay.
Cleanliness of common areas not as good.
Glass and metal supporting framework in the Atrium very dirty
Pool cleaned on a regular basis but surrounding area not.
Tables outside snack bar not cleaned regularly
There seemed to be less staff on duty compared to previous stay
