Very clean and attractive public areas. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Apartment (1 bedroom) was spacious and well equipped, although some of the fittings needed an overhaul (e.g. working surfaces, floor tiles etc). The hot tap came off the shower in our room, but the plumber was there in minutes and stayed for about an hour and a half, fitting a completely new and more modern shower unit. We didn't have to pay any deposit in case of breakages, as reported by some other posters.
Evacuation time of 10.00 a.m. was rather early, given the so-called international agreement of 12 noon.
“ Top Tip: The Galeon Restaurant is situated a couple of blocks away (turn right out of Reception, right at the main road, cross to the far side of the road and continue past the Grand Teguise Playa hotel. The restaurant is run by Andreas and his wife and provides good tapas (for lunchtimes) and steaks, fish, paella and other great dishes in the evenings. Our favourites were flambeed pork fillet in mushroom sauce (other sauces available) because the meat was so very tender and tasteful and sole fish in Pernod sauce because it was just so yummy. Friendly attentive service - having reserved a table for my wife's birthday, we were surprised and delighted to see a beautiful bouquet sittting there.

“ For the money paid hotel was as good as expected. Beds could do with updating.

Stayed here before. Room cleaning used to be more often. Rooms could do with some upgrading as they are showing signs of age/wear & Tear. I did request an upper floor at the time of booking though was given a ground floor. The hotel claimed that they were not informed, however, they moved us to an upper floor within 4 days of our 28 day stay so it wasn't to bad. The time share people based at the hotel are not supposed to pitch at existing hotel residents but be warned, they do.
Great location, close to every thing you could possibly need.
“ Top Tip: Costa Caf'e near the Red Lion pub offers cheap drinks, large beer 1 euro twenty. Canarian restaurant called Mo Jo's is located just up from costa cafe, it is both traditional and exellent.
