“ The hotel is very good, we had a junior suite which was upgraded to a suite which had a 3 piece sofa set and table as well as a dining table and a small bed. The master bed was a queen and it had a lovely decor.9.5 Exceptional

Mark from Waltham Abbey
Friendly, busy hotel.
Lovely setting- and area of Lanzarote
Not many sunbeds available after lunchtime!
Food times resembled Butlins- on- Sea.
Chef cooked the food and opened the fridge with the same utensils.
Hotel is more interested in catering for the masses than being personal.
Noisy rooms at night.

“ Food is excellent and the branded drinks on AI are generously poured. The whole place is spotless and very well laid out. The entertainment is standard for an AI hotel ie cheesy. All in all an excellent hotel, well worthy of its 4 star rating
Darren from Sittingbourne
“ All aspects of this hotel are very good. Mealtimes let it down slightly with long queues for tables and food.
Diane from Bury St. Edmunds
“ A very big hotel with over 500 rooms a little chaotic at meal times with people wandering around looking for tables to sit and eat at, needs at maître d to direct people to tables and explain the food set up, saying that the food was very good, lots of choice.
“ Top Tip: Lovely Italian restaurant , outside the back of the hotel and turn left 2 mins walk

Stayed here for a weeks AI hotel is close to the beach and a nice stroll to main town which is about 25 minutes.
Food at the hotel was excellent, they also served premium brand spirits, as well as bottles of red, rose, white or sparkling wine as part of the AI.
Gardens are well kept and pretty, room was big enough for a couple, a friend had her daughter with them, so a camp bed was put up which made it all a bit of a squeeze.
The biggest let down of this hotel was the evening entertainment, obligatory kids disco, followed by a show...........only 2 out of 7 nights was worth watching. After the show was the "adults disco" if your child happened to be still on the dance floor at this point, they were swiftly chased off, or actually witnessed the animation team asking parents to take there children off the floor!!!! This left the floor bare as the music was so poor no adult would get up to dance...
All in all nice hotel, good food but entertainment and animation team were well below par.
