“ Very well positioned hotel, near to beach and shops. Good facilities, most of which were free, and lovely Spa if you wanted to spend money on yourself! Room was large, clean and cool, as was the bathroom. Food was also very good with wide choices to suit all tastes.8.9 Excellent

Initial room provided was more a three star rather than 4 star with stained bathroom and view of parking lot.this was despite requesting a sea or pool view room at time of booking!
however they changed us to a better room on our last night!if they hadn't I would have provided a worse rating. If we had the good room from the beginning I would have given it a higher rating.

This is a very big hotel with lots of public spaces within it. The bars and restaurants are situated in the basement which is a little unusual but not particularly desirable. It takes a couple of days to understand where everything is located. The main entertainment bar is mostly busy as it caters for the All Inclusive clients however the Sports bar and Piano bar which are nice were understandably empty as they want full hotel bar prices for drinks from All Inclusive guests. The public areas are spacious and reception area is very grand but they could be better utilised as the Entertainment bar and the Pool Bar and restaurant can get oversubscribed at times.
The food was what you expect from Buffet style hotels. Pretty average and nothing special.
The price of the holiday was fairly good value. You could get better if you want to pay twice as much. I don't.
Safe 3 euros per day which is fair enough. fridge 3 euros per day......not good PR.
The location suited me as it was on the beach front and a 10 minute walk to the shops and bus stops. It is about 1 mile from the Airport so good views of the planes with some noise but not a problem.
Finally the room. Bigger than average and recently refurbished. Excellent bathroom with plenty hot water at all times. Kept clean daily by hardworking staff.
Final point which is NOT ACCEPTABLE was the security. The locks on the Balcony sliding doors were broken and the hotel had fitted very small and ineffective bolts. I did manage to lock it with difficulty however on our last day we did hear that other guests had been burgled as they slept with someone climbing up onto their 2nd floor room and stealing their wallets from their bedside.
Our room was 3038 so future guests beware and check that your door is locked firmly as there are criminals in the area who can climb up the outside. If the original locking mechanism has been replaced with a 4cm bolt then ask for another room as it is probably unsafe.
“ Top Tip: Good long seafront walks in both directions. Hire a safe. Its 3 euros per day but it will be worth the money if you have a room with a dodgy balcony door lock.
